The app is full of glitches. I have to try mobile deposit multiple times before it accepts. The reoccurring transfer feature doesn't work. I can easily move my accounts order around, which is nice but it happens by mistake. I am not able to log in all of the time. As new member over the past month these are the things that have become inconvenient for me.

I have done the Android update and still have the app loading problem. I reload the Max app and it works fine one time and then doesn't load again. This happened around a year ago and I had to deal with it for several months before it was fixed, sure hope I don't have to wait that long for a fix this time. I would give 5 stars if I didn't have this issue.

It worked fine for a while, then it just stopped letting me log in. I did what the Max website recommended about uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app. I have tried it multiple times and it does not work. You're better off just going through the website 👎 Update: It let me login 1 time. After that, it won't let me login again. The app is not fixed. 👎👎

App had been phenomenal. Got a new S9 Plus and after a week or two the app refused to login. I login and it just spins in circles. Why has this not been fixed? Clearly it is an issue many are experiencing. UPDATE: Problem resurfaced and NO ONE will reply from the support center about any work being done to fix the issue. This is wildly ridiculous. Been waiting 4 months for a response and none have happened. Absolutely terrible programming.

I did not like the response that I had on my last review, it's just a copy and paste response. Y'all think that it's my phones fault that your app isn't very good. No the old version is generally better. But now that a few more updates rolled out it has improved slightly. *Edit The contact number for support will usually hang up after a few minutes of being on hold.

Great customer service. App was working improperly and I called to see what was going on. They explained their IT team was aware and working on it but that it might take some time. I received a phone call several weeks later to assure me I had not been forgotten and they were still working on the issue. When the bug was fixed I received another phone call letting know it was all good! They were awesome!

Usually very responsive. I think the update was causing log in issues recently, but since the app updated the program, display, etc. Things are back to normal. Very convenient and easy to use. I would rate #1 of any similar type prrsonal app. By far. Great work. Great support when needed, app and beyond.

App runs even worse then before most current update. I don't mind the look however if a slow and sometimes nonfunctional version of this app is the price to pay of updating then I don't want to use the app. Please look into the stability and optimization of the app because it currently runs quite slow and even crashes intermittently.

With the trouble shoot. This app still does not work. I used to be able to use it, now since your update, it keeps saying network Error at this time and will not wor. I've tried several times to clean out my phone and reinstall and uninstall. Many times. This will be the tenth time. I need this app. Please rely me why it does not work. Mobile deposits are very broken! I have gotten it only to work once. Ever since then it has never worked for me, it keeps saying make "make sure to endorse your check and to also write mobile deposit." I have done it in the neastest possible way and it still says the sane thing over and over. There really needs to be an update on this feature, because it's just very unreliable, as well as broken.

edit: 1/17/19 app updated today and looks like the log in issues are gone. Thank you max app developers and testers. I've been having trouble with the app this month. never before in the 17 years or more that I've banked with them. logging in successfully but the app never opens to my accounts, just circles. when it does open cant perform a mobile deposit.

I had an issue with the app logging me out unexpectedly after a few seconds and posted my frustration here a few days ago. I am happy to say the reason I am still a customer of Max is that I received a call from them to ensure my satisfaction was guaranteed! They let me know that they were working on a fix to the problem and when the new update would be released. To me that's going above and beyond! The app is working as expected! The glitch is fixed! Great job Max! Happy customer for 20 years!

I've been using this App for years and it's been wonderful. Your recent update has ruined that for me. I'm on an Android phone, by the way. I can still use that app but it takes forever for my account details (deposits, cleared checks, etc..) to load. It wasn't broke, why did you have to fix it? I wish I could go back to the previous version. I DEPEND on this app to do all of my banking, now I'm in a fix.

Not sure what an android system update will have to do with your app's compatibility with android 10. Android updates arent pushed out that often. I am luckier than most because my phone isnt hidden behind a carrier skin, but still...no android updates are available. I recommend you correct the app on your end because more and more devices are coming out with android 10...

The app has been one of the reasons I've stayed with max. It's always been great, mobile deposits post quickly. BUT, since Dec I can rarely log into my account. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared my cache. please fix this asap!! 1/24/19 App is working great since the update. Thank you for getting it fixed quickly.

Once again your teams incompetence shines through and yall have created an app that is useless, I have to uninstall and reinstall daily to even have a hope of it working for a minute before it goes to claiming my internet is slow and going to just a spinning loading icon that never leaves or results in my bank account loaded. This is on a Samsung S20 ultra that has tried using yalls app on 5G and 4G networks

The app is easy to use, and has a comprehensive user interface. I love how it works well with Samsung Pass so logging in is quick and convenient. It does what I need it to, but then again I never use it for more then checking my balance.

Love Max...not fond of the app. My phone's updates are current. Eve installed and uninstalled. Was in the local branch and the teller's was even just spinning. It's been this way for a week!!!! Please fix this!!! Shouldn't have to jump through hoops to fix it either

Excllent app for most of your banking needs with Max. However, the mobile deposit feature doesn't work on my Google Pixel. The camera is too dark and doesn't take a clear picture. The camera on my phones operates perfectly, so its seems this is only an issue in the app.

Until recently I have always loved the Max mobile banking app but as of late the screen will just sit there dark gray and spinning when trying to log in. So then you minimize the app and try it again and bam same thing. I am sure it's just a bug and hope it gets fixed soon but for right now it's a 3 for me. I need to be able to check my money hunny.

This app was working fine until the round 16 December when I tried to log in it told me my password needed to be reset I went to the bank and had it reset and it still would not log on I loaded the App on my phone and it still wouldn't work I delete it and re load the app several times and it did the same thing all the bank would do is take the model of my phone and said they would report it to their IT dept. Almost 2 weeks and still not heard anything for the bank guess they don't care.

I used to be able to enter the app on the first time after entering my pin. I never get in without entering my pin at least 2 times. I have followed the instructions but it didn't help. It's frustrating when you need to check balances quickly.

Typically reliable app; my 1st issue a couple years was resolved quickly. My new issue: just today, the app fails to load because it can't connect to a server. I've tried my Data and Wi-Fi.

Since getting a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, the app doesn't work unless I uninstall power down power up and reinstall. Then it works one time. Max call center was no help. Max says it's a Samsung issue. Samsung says it's an app issue, contact Max. Very frustrated.

Tired of the app shutting down as I am trying to open it. Weeks now I haven't had the app working. Have to go to full site and everytime I open it I have to register the same phone over and over. So app being down is a giant pain in the arse... Figure it will take weeks more to fix because they don't seem to care about it on Android devices.

The mobile deposit function doesn't work. It is always claiming the amount enter doesn't match. It does. It's the app. Please contact Wells Fargo to learn how to write an app that really works. It is really a pain banking with Max.
