Absolutely terrible. Worst in the industry. Difficult to use for both doctors and patients. The three times I've used it my doctor has had to turn on WhatsApp to complete the consultation. Its impossible for the doctor to look at uploaded medical records and talk at the same time. And worse still it is not linked to the rest of the Max database. As a result I have two parallel records running one on the hospital database and another on this app. Really very terrible.
WORST APP... The previous app was better. Earlier alteast it let you book the appointment without any otp send to your mobile. Now you keep waiting for there otp, which never come from their side. I even restart my phone, even unistall the app and re-install it, even tried other no also. but no luck, atleast could they could have invested in app, if not in service.
Another issue appears. I am not able to open the prescription PDFs. Try log out and log in. Tried reinstalling. But nothing seems to work It was a nice app, but since past few weeks its just not working, I tried log out login but every time a pop up appeared which mentions 'something went wrong' I can't book appointment, u can't check my prescription, I can't see my reports
A very crucial app but something is very wrong here. Same issue faced by a lot of us , but no resolution till now. When trying to log in - says user is not registered or details mismatch and during registration says user already exists. Does not accept the Max Registration Number ! There was no such issue before the update.
Horrible experience everytime. The appointments booked over phone dont show on the app and hence I am not able to pay online. I dont need discount but simply want to avoid standing in the queue for payment in the hospital.
Not even able to sign up. It says enter OTP but doesn't send any OTP on my email. I even checked spam folder and tried with 3 different email ids. I am not able to see my medical reports because of this useless app.
The app was good in the beginning, now the reports are all jumbled up, the reports are uploaded late...there is no quality control. Absurd to have it if it doesn't provide ease and mobility.
Bug in the app and system. If i select date for say 12th the date for which appointment is booked is 11th instead. I have tried booking and rescheduling both but it is booking for a day before. This is happening specifically when I am booking two appointments in a day. Please take a look
It is not getting open in my Nokia 6.1+ Android device. Developer PL look into the technical snags. So the app can work on the devices, earlier I was using Moto G and it was working perfectly. App is crashing
Unable to add wife because hospital regisrered her mobile number wrong in records and there is no way to update or alter mobile number in app. Tried to correct it at hospital but they also did not corrected. Now i am unable to take appointment for my wife. Worst app experience.
Worst app I have used ever,the app is not working even if you login with you max ID. It irritates when you book an appointment on call and the ask you to pay it online and the link never opens it will take you to the app itself and you stuck there in the app to do payment. Worst ! Worst! Worst! App
App is not showing added family members details, reports of family members, health check up button is not working. I have taken doctor appointment from this app but not sure whether it's successfully alloted or not. Lots of improvement required.
Unable to register...I have tried many times...even after filling all the details and completing verification process it starts from the beginning and had to do it again and again
One of the worst app i have come across.... For login or creating ac and OTP is supposed to be delivered on register email id but till date I have never once received any OTP...
The reports on the app come at a delayed interval. The physical reports are available at the hospital much faster...then what is the use of app. This is not fetching data real time which is sad in today's world.
Very unfriendly app. due to following reasons: 1. No way to modify your mobile no. 2.It does not allow to book appointment of your family members one no. 3 The new registration is also very long and complicated and mostly you fail in the act after wasting much time. 4.You can't give same email for different members
Worst app. No customer care if someone facing issue. Even contacted max IT team they have no solution since monday. More then 48hrs. Many exe talked but they have no solution why system unable to send otp . Every detail they have verified but no way to results
App is very bad, I made a payment for a appointment and even did it successfully, and my appointment got cancelled automatically and my money is not refunded
This app does not work, not shows the appointment made, eventhough rec'd sms, spike to max hospital both have confirmed fir appointment s, but this app shows nothing. No idea why ? Max says there will be some issue but your appointments are confirmed.
Cannot generate OTP and without it cannot login. What a job of an app. Why go to digitising dar when you don't have the ability to drive it correctly and consistently?
I have paid the appointment fee but it's not reflected in the app and there is no way to contact for such cases.
Tried to create an account on the app but no otp is generated which is the basic pre-requisite of the account creation process. Don't understand how to use this app.
The app has been non operational for the past 3 days. All it does is states 'something went wrong'. Poor follow through or process of access or escalation for this resolution.
The problem is the app says I can pay through Amazon pay but there's no option to pay through amazon pay while making the payment, only debit/credit or transfer to bank.
It doesn't work. Worst app I would say. Once you verify your email, the app asks you to verify your number by otp. But the otp is never sent from their side. One advice to Max ppl, first get your app running, then ask ppl to download it.
It was working fine for my normal screen size phone. But since I shifted to Full screen phone its has statted crashing. Please look into it
The setting of the reports is not correct, the setting should be according to the date, but one report is in January, the second in October, then in March, and then in July. Whereas this should be according to the month and year so that it is easy to see, so please correct this problem ASAP.
The app used to be useful and convenient till did the visual overhaul and now the new app is absolute garbage. i havent been able to book a single appointment through it. Trying to do anything on the app gives a something went wrong error. The alternative to this app is having to call the number and wait on the line to book appointments is an unnecessary hassle which can be easily avoided by getting the bugs out of the app.
