Since update continues to vary in speed in different sections. Very annoying , Captures incorrect location at times. Can't eliminate a previous note/ picture that was submitted and this indicated in history. When passcode needs changed it shows prior to shift start causing late sign ins., Feel this option should be provided once signed. Easier way needed to manage when multiple sign ins/ outs are required for one client. IE: Home, school, home, with pictures and sign off by client/ RP.

Does what it's supposed to, but can be a little slow to load and upload, despite my location having good and reliable cellular reception... Edit, 01/31/2022- ...and over the last couple months it has been really buggy. Taking off a few stars for the incredible amount of personal time I've spent trying to make this thing work... and for it throwing up a pop-up on the sign-in page, asking me to leave a review when I already have... twice.

Sometimes I have to log in more than once because my phone picks up wrong location (still shows where I just came from). Overall, it takes too long to log in and even longer to log out, and having to explain why I didn't do something seems a waste of time, ie if it's not mealtime I'm not going to help with meal prep EVERY time

Have to sign in a few times because won't authenticate me, even though iv put in correct credentials. Gives wrong location more than correct location. According to Gps I'm still at home. After taking picture of attachments and submit, tells me I uploaded attachments successfully, only to find out never went through. Not a fan.

App is frustrating to use. It is slow and doesn't always work correctly. Not user friendly. Makes family sign you out before you leave. The problem with that is you are usually in the house and working for another 5 to 10 minutes or longer and you don't get paid for that. Those minutes add up. It time stamps it when you open the app to have them sign and you can't fix it. Again, very frustrating 😕 when you already feel like you are not being paid properly.

I have worked for Maxim for one week in an urban area where I must travel up to 30 miles and so far I have had no loading issues! I start the visit as I knock on the door then the app uses GPS to confirm my start time! I LOVE IT! I can scan the trifold of notes 10 minutes before the visit ends with no upload issues. Families easily sign me out on my phone when I end the visit so there are no questions and drama about leaving EARLY while clocked in since the GPS tracks location at signing!

The app literally makes me rate it or it won't let me open the app itself with out an annoying pop up every single time. I have no choice but to use the app it is for a job... There is no other way. Rating this is quite unnecessary.

This app needs much development. It is slow, cycles without updating, errors with GPS, etc. Bigfest error is that when there is heavy use, it will not even load and states that there is a virus on your phone, yet will open hours later when the traffic has lessened. Complete disappointment.

This app would be a lot better if you could edit your end shift times and if you could end a shift without adding documentation and then go back and add the documentation later for instances where your shift ends at 7:00 p.m. but you're still documenting and you need to clock out at 7:00 p.m. but the paperwork is not finished

Was having problems getting into the app. Every time I login and click my shift to start, the app will close me out of everything. Just upgraded my phone and see that I'm still having the same problem. I login, click my shift to start and the app still close me out. Y'all need to fix it like ASAP!!!!!!!

I have issues with this app most days 😡 It takes forever to log me in and most times it takes multiple attempts. When inputting attachments to end the shift same problem. It takes me multiple tries, it rarely does anything the 1st time around. This needs to be fixed asap.

Fails to upload nursing flow sheet pictures on a rather frequent basis. It will be similar to a false positive.....it will submit my start and end times, yet trash my photos, yet still tell me the shift hasn't been submitted.......yeah......like most things in life: when it works all is good, when it doesn't it wastes your time. Maxim needs to rectify these bugs.

Not a fan of the app, but office staff have been very supportive, and tech support is outstanding, and very patient. I am only writing this review to make the pop up to rate it EVERY time I sign in go away, since the choices offered are not yes or no, but yes or "not now". Very frequent updates

Not always compatible with the phone and doesn't always get me longed on ...can lose a minute from the app trying to find log on access. Just don't like using the app very much but staff is helpful.

Update. Since the new tmobile update about a week ago I have not been able to OPEN the app. I have installed, turned off phone, turn on phone....nothing. I wait hours still nothing so I delete app tuen off phine and repeat the process again and still nothing. As Healthcare providers we have clients who need us ! Our time should NOT be spent "playing"on this app. If it is not one issue it's another,this is ridiculous.

I can't use the flash when taking pictures of documentation. I've gone through both the app settings and the settings on my phone. I am unable to troubleshoot the problem on my end.

It is slow.i have to condtantly rrenter information. My pictures are often not accepted , but never any input as to what was wrong with the pictures.

It takes too long for app to open and numerous attempts to get a clear picture of attachments. When I clock in there is always a GPS error. Clocking out always takes 10-15 minutes.

It's a decent app, but a little bit in need of tweaking because it could be more user-friendly, only opinion. I've experienced a couple of glitches in the month that I've been using this app; one fortunately seemed to correct itself. Thank you.

I have been locked out. I put my password in and it would not take. So I tried the forgot password option. Getting my birthdate using the calendar took awhile. Even with my user name, my email and my birthdate, the system stated that it did not match what the system had. This is frustrating.

app works inconsistently. never able to recognize my location is actually in the home. Many times just doesnt come up to even allow checking in. Big waste of time as patient waits for their care

Irritating and slow. GPS is rarely correct. Only rating so it stops popping up. Not intuitive and difficult to load paperwork.

The latest update of this app is horrid. Before, I could center the images, take the photos, and quickly be done. Now it keeps saying to center the image (it already is) and to pick a dark background to retake the image. It's maddening...if you don't have a car with dark upholstery, which I don't, but want to turn your notes in within a reasonable time frame. :-(

This app needs improvement to the camera for sure. Pictures seem to come out dark no matter how much light whether natural or artificial. The photos also seem to come out a little blurry even though I have complete focus, causing me to have to take the picture multiple times and its still not great. Also there should be an immediate notification if the photo is rejected. But for me going to check it, I wouldn't even know something is wrong. I definitely don't like that.

The convenience of doing this stuff via an app instead of filling it out on paper and mailing it in is great. The fact that this app wants access to my storage, texts, phone calls, GPS location, etc. is unacceptable. You can disable those and still use the app, btw, in case anyone else values their privacy. I won't accept them on my personal phone. If the company wants to provide a phone for work use, I'll gladly accept them.

I have a lot of trouble with the app draining my phone, making it lag, glitch, and draining my battery. My other apps don't function properly and tech support at Verizon has told me to delete it. So I have to download it every week and delete it. Other than that it is a great option for turning in paperwork as long as the picture takes and the app is not frozen or having technical difficulty.

I generally like this ap...it's saves me from the long commute to turn in paperwork by the Monday deadline. The picture feature has worked fine for me on my Samsung android phone. The one problem I ran into is that it wanted me to update the ap... so i did... then, after the update, it made me uninstall and reinstall the ap. I thought that was weird. Then, it said my session had "expired" while I was in the middle of uploading my data. That made me nervous, but, when I logged back in it said the upload was successful. Overall, I think it's a great ap considering all the security obstacles that must be overcome to even offer us this option. Keep working out the bugs because it makes paperwork MUCH MORE CONVENIENT!

Horrible app! I am very computer/app savvy and this app is ridiculous. It is not accessible in rural areas half the time, it boots you out of screens, you cannot minimize it, there is no real way to go back to a previous screen, it does not give you any options other than to follow prompts. NOT user friendly at all. Oh! and the GPS function is often incorrect! Alot more trouble than it is worth!

Not very user friendly. The app is slow. It often has my location inaccurate. Won't save my log-in info and I can't use my fingerprint so therefore I have to enter my username and password every single time. Often times it tells me my log-in credentials are incorrect. I can't take pics of my paperwork as I go because it doesn't save them. The app is not dependable. I've had to delete and re-download several times. It needs lots on improvement!

Needs improvement. Inconvenient that cannot use flash due to varying lights in patient's home. One encounter all my photos were present before signing, got rejected cause all but 1 document wasn't there. Also, not having an option to add additional images, when the documents are required, is another major inconvenience. It has the potential to be a great app with some upgrades.
