Does not work! I cant send messages. Most of the time, I get kicked out of the app for clicking on anything

App crashes when sending a message. Doesn't display current case status. Completely useless.

Why does this app keep stopping every time I try to send a message or review all my messages

Can't register with a hyphenated name. Edit. I called, and was told they cannot register me and to try without the hyphen which, of course, I already had. It was implied that it was my fault rather than being a functionality issue.

My last name is hyphenated in child supports system. The app won't let me register because of the way my last name listed. I've tried variations of my last name without the hyphen and was still unable to register.

It didn't load all my case information, and it also doesn't handle payments.. it just forwards you to expertpay in a web browser

Has a bug. Can't click on anything, app closes.

Tells me I have a msg but its blank. Over and over. I reinstalled more than once and doesnt work.

it will probably work if u put on the app more states r at least put it in the title so ppl know

5 stars !! Now since that is all over with. Too bad it's only vigorously enforced on the WLM movement. Duty, Responsibility, and nobody likes a Deadbeat... ( but your honor I have a car payment, a personal loan, house payment, cell phone bill, electric bill, food. Sell your car, sell your personal things, cancel the cell phone, sell your house get an apartment, turn lights off use candles, and go on a diet- soup is cheap. That's what the judge told the guy ahead of me. That made 2 of us S-O-L.

This App just keeps crashing. I received a notification that I have a message to review for my modification but cant access it. I have uninstalled and installed this app about 5 times. I have no idea how to now access my message and am very concerned that I may miss something important. This is so inconvenient and frustrating.

This app worked great up until a few weeks ago. Now it crashes every time I open it. I uninstalled and downloaded and it still doesn't work.

App keeps crashing... i haven't been able to check my status for over a week... completely useless I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and still doesn't work!!!

It was working great then 2 days ago is stopped working and crashes everytime I try to open it. I did as suggested uninstall and reinstall before they suggested it and there was no change. Today I did it again uninstalled and reinstalled and now it starts to open then just closes where before it atleast started to open the pin page before crashing and giving me the notice it crashed. It's sad they think they fixed it and it just made it worse.

It doesn't work. It hasn't worked since I installed it. I've had it for 4 weeks and it still won't let me in not even with my code

I tried deleting and redownloading the app, still didn't work..

Illinois App - Could be a good and helpful app if it actually worked. I registered and when I try to use my PIN, it tells me to check my registered email for instructions on how to proceed. I have not gotten the email yet, I've even tried resetting my account. If I ever get the email on how I am to proceed, I will try again and update my review.
