Downloaded app and couldn't use it. Never able to get into app as it just crashes immediately.

Will not open! I have unisntalled and reisntalle it and it keeps force closing.

This is the worst app that I have personally been on. Evidently they used the cheapest and dumbest site developer for savings. Cheaper is not always cheaper. On the birth date entry, you have to go back to your birth year one month at a time. I would be embarrassed to release a Mickey mouse site like this one. Unbelievable!!!!

This actually might be the worst app I have ever seen. Well actually that might be a little premature figuring I have not been able to use it because it keeps crashing before I can open it. The website too is a joke. I can not type in any personal information that would be necessary for prescriptions. It was easy to enter my credit card information though (surprise surprise).

In theory, this app should be great but I can't use it because it keeps crashing... Ive tried looking for phone updates, uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone without any luck.

Update 1/16/20. No response from multiple emails sent to developer. Simple poor customer support and I have no choice for a alternate pharmacy. Simple unacceptable Force closes when open. Useless like politicians. No reply from owner of app with email feedback option. Uses background data even though it's doesn't open and crashes.

Won't even open. Not very encouraging that my school is switching to a provider that uses this service when the service won't even work.

This app makes ordering my prescriptions quick and easy. I enjoy being able to log in with my finger print.

It's pretty basic but functional. A way to view your ID card would be excellent.

I'm really bummed, the job I've worked at for 16 years has changed their prescription services to you ppl, and it's not working!!!

For whatever reason, this is now my prescription provider. WHAT A JOKE! Just tried updating my personal information in the app, but it won't let me enter my home address AT ALL! Won't let me select the type of number for my contact number either. I can hardly wait to see what else this app WON'T do! And their website isn't any better. Through my old provider's site & app, I could get a cost comparison of my prescriptions from local pharmacies AND mail order. Not through this one's site and, I'm guessing, probably not the app either. Through the site, have to call an 800 number for mail order cost and it couldn't provide me a cost for any of my routine prescriptions at any of the pharmacies I selected. How does this make it easier to manage my costs for prescriptions?!?!?!

Date entry tool is onerous. Please just use direct date entry. No help for figuring out what numbers to use when setting up account data. Won't accept data from my healthcare ID card.

Can't input my information, as for birth dates, you HAVE to use the calendar in the app, which you have to either swipe or tap to go back ONE MONTH AT A TIME. Can only put one person too. Ridiculous!!! The old PocketRX app worked great - you should have kept it!!

Utter garbage. Just like their website, it doesn't work. It logs me out whenever I click my prescriptions. Junk app, terrible provider. -In response to Maxor's comment. I've contacted your support team. This will be the 3rd time I've contacted them to just refill a cholesterol prescription. I even told them to leave a note for your IT department because the app and the web interface just doesn't work. I just received half the prescription in the mail that I ordered. I was emailed "These prescriptions should be mailed to you by XX/XX/XX." False information. My rating stands.
