Currently not enjoying. As a coach it is nearly impossible to navigate the Android app on the phone. Reporting a score is ok, but if I want to record stats I have to go to my computer, as there is no clear way to do it on the mobile app. My password is not the same on the PC as it is on my phone it seems. I had to email the staff to figure out how to reset it, and again... navigating to that is not at all intuitive. I complained in a follow up email, and got no reply.

MaxPreps really needs work. My main issue is you can only favorite a certain limit of teams, 16 i believe is the number. When u follow sports the limit should be a lot more than 16. But the developers won't change. I've tried..

Ok, at first I didn't want the app, but it has made live scoring and keeping tabs on my teams a lot easier. My phone has technical issues sometimes, so the app keeps tabs where I was. Would be nice if I could edit live scores, in multiple quarters. I had a technical issue that didn't switch quarters and continued scoring in the previous quarter, but the score was correct overall.

This year has been difficult using this app. Its not letting me check in after I become the scorer until almost after the first quarter is over all season so far. And tonight after I click on live reporting. It kept saying something was went wrong. And restart the app. I went as far as completely reinstalling it. And still didn't work. So I decided to cancel being the scorer so someone else could do it and it wouldn't let me cancel out. Very frustrating tonight.

This is a good app, from what I've seen so far. What stops me from giving this 5 stars is that even though I put in my settings to not auto play videos, it still plays commercials. I understand to pay the bills, but maybe have other non-audable/non-video commercials. I also keep getting emails even though I am not signed up for alerts.

Thanks you guys for helping with high schools sports. An idea is to add a section that shows all the divisions/conferences in a class or area

I have been having issues with MaxPreps not letting me check in to score basketball games on time. When I select "be the scorer", it then goes to the schedule and says that the game I am at is not yet available. The past few games it has been well into the first quarter before it finally lets me in to be the live scorer. Very frustrating. Otherwise, I do enjoy using MaxPreps

The first review I saw was someone having a problem creating an account to be able to follow specific teams. That was in January. Today I downloaded the app and experienced the same issue. Tried to submit a support request and it let me fill out half before the rest of the answer boxes disappeared and gave an error message.

There is still some bugs to work out. Android users, it's hard to tell kickoff time becuase sometimes it is wrong, am but other than that the app is really easy to use, scoring is a breeze, and the staff over the phone is extremely caring and helpful, thanks Todd@maxpreps

Your baseball stats on wins and losses are not accurate, nor are the schedules...get with it!! Very poor app lately.

MaxPreps app offers a convenient way to be informed about your favorite sport's team: News, schedule, roster, scores, and highlight videos are all easily accessible. If you turn on email notifications you will be alerted when there's a new highlight video to view, or of news updates. This app has shown quality performance by being a reliable source of information, and by making my favorite team easier to follow. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

Its pretty good. I tried to submit a score correction and couldn't get it to work, so there's that, but overall pretty good, its obviously dependent upon the information supplied by the teams and score reporters themselves which is sometimes incorrect or incomplete. Not the site's fault.

Has everything I want to get results easily and quickly for the teams I follow, including relevant background articles.

Having an app for MaxPreps is more convenient than using a website, but in my opinion, the app can be difficult to navigate. As a fan I enjoyed scoring games of my high school and was given admin permissions for these teams schedules and roster; however, I cannot edit the schedule or roster in the app. Finding teams schedules, standings, etc in the app can take longer than using the website. Overall, I would rather use the app than the website to score games.

normally when I first had this app - there was no problems whatsoever but within the last 4 months or so - it kept saying there was a problem and if i wanted to report it or not which sometimes I did sometimes I didn't - but either way never got taken care of - only happened when I went to the scoreboard for some reason - I've uninstalled it at least 6 times and installed it back after a while each time it worked but only temporarily - then went back to the problem mode every time - so idk - !??

This app is simply the best for high school stats. I use it for baseball and it is very easy to see everything. Great app!

Good app. Could be more user friendly as on the computer (Although, too many pop ups with movement of screen while trying to access info). Limited in scope. Needs upgrades. Otherwise, helpful for coaches, players, and fans.

Only issue i have is that i give quarterly results at the end of the quarter.... Then i give the final box score... But it has the quarterly results blank. It would be nice to integrate this. But this program is extremely convenient to keep up with conference teams.

So, this app is very good, but I could never sign in on my phone. Maybe I can log in on my phone if I use the computer, but i couldn't sign in on my phone. Please fix. Also, I'm a freshman football player for the HHS scorpions, and this app only shows varsity teams. Thats actually kinda disappointing. Please fix that as well, because otherwise there's no point to having this app.

The app is good. It helps me keep up with my Grandson and his team. I wish his team had a contributer that would keep up with the information Max Preps needs.

The score that is reported during a game is not always correct. They do fix it later.

Apps supposed to improve, not go backwards. Teams app covered some of the things we as coaches need to stay connected with players and parents. This app is for parents snd fans, TEAMS was for coaches. Bad choices in deleting the team app. Went back to old app to stay connected with players.

Totally Flakey - Worse than 2 years ago. Updates arbitrarily. App shows different data than website. Will not initiate "schedule" - workaround is always select something else then schedule. When box scores are added they dont show on Android version, apple version and PC www site are fine. Quite frustrating to say the least.

This is great way to keep with my favorite school teams and individual stats.

Able to see the upcoming schedules for my favorite teams, scores are typically updated in real time, and there are often highlight videos posted in case you missed the action. App is easy to use and makes navigating this site much easier.
