Maxymo: Rideshare Utility App

Best app out there! Does the math for you to decide which trips are worth your time not to mention a whole mess of features. Highly recommended!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The app has GrubHub but it will be great as well to add doordash as well. It would help a lot. This one looks better than the other. Why not add them all in one app.

I use this for UE and GH. It save me time by deciding trash offers. I just wish I could turn the other app back on when I get close to deliver. I like to turn all apps back on when I 3 min away from deliver. This way I can get another deliver by time I deliver. This keeps me busy this way

User experience design mediocre at best. Be careful with billing. If you are trying the app for the first time DO NOT choose any subscription or input any billing information until the trial is over or you will be charged twice. If reinstalling and you are prompted for subscription or billing, back out of those screens or you will be charged again. Apparently there are issues with synching with your account. On a good note, the developer is responsive.

Great app, best price with alot of options and settings than every other rideshare utilities app. I've already recommended this app to ppl I know. Lyft downloaded from there site crashes a lot and it shows no mapping info nor can it show you ppl waiting at the airport or if you're in the queue when you are at the airport. I'm currently still in trial mode and can't seem to be able to upgrade (no option) to get rid of adds. I guess I have to wait till my trial period runs out first, 😔.

A must have. With Maxymo I am able to accept more requests and faster and it's virtually hands-free making the driving experience safer for the driver and passenger as well. I really like the auto accept setting. There are many filters that can be adjusted to optimize the experience and make more money. I highly recommend it even if you only use one platform.

Just not impressed with this app. Despite my settings it sometimes does what it's supposed to yet and other times it does not. I have my settings for not accepting automatically yet sometimes it does and then I have to turn around and cancel the trip because it wasn't what I wanted. It's also a very slow and sluggish transition from accepting the trip to turning off the other app to getting to navigation and causes me to miss turns. Despite notices does not work well with lyft

Just tried app for 1 day. After missing 3 Uber pings, checking, and re-checking filters for accuracy, I sent message to Support to ask if the app has to be open and on-screen to work. After 8 hours, no response, and 3 additional missed pings because I the app wasn't open on my screen when calls came in. Love the features, but tried setting to take only long trips, but that didn't work either. Great app if it only worked.

Does not always shut down the other driver apps when a ride is accepted. Creates a lot of confusion. This has caused my driver rating to drop. I turned off "Auto Accept", so at least I don't get simultaneous rides, but again it hurts my rating. I have a Galaxy S7 edge. I have switched to "Mystro" as of two weeks ago and have had ZERO issues, even with full auto accept. The app obviously has issues. Blaming the phone won't fix the problem.

When it works it's very helpful but all too often it doesn't auto accept or turn off other apps after trip is accepted. Also has a tendency to force Lyft to be displayed even if not on a lyft ride to the exclusion of all else. App also freezes. Needs work. After update cannot get this app to work. It wants me to set up switches but all are meaningless and whatever option is chosen doesnt seem to do anything. this app is now officially useless pos.

This could be a game changer for Rideshare drivers. Would like to see trips organized into days, weeks, months like a calendar. Would like to be able to download as spreadsheets. QuickBooks integration would be great. Also UX design could use upgrade. Love this app tho. I like that it shows miles driven online vs actual uber trips. Love that I can filter my rides. Works great with the Uber app.

Not enough features. I want to accept and decline orders based on the ratio of payout to miles, not just the payout itself. There's a feature for turning off add-ons, but I like add-ons as it could be on the way and I can make an extra $5, but if I have the auto decline on for cheap orders it'll automatically decline that add-on that I wanted. And I have to pay for these features? It's not even worth it. It would be really stellar if it could calculate the avg time of rte. 10 mi city ≠ 10 mi hwy

Some very rough edges, but app has great promise. Last / Latest Issue: Trips are being combined with previous trips on same day. Trips need to be isolated from each other. Change to referencing trips by start / end times? Strange bug now @ app start. Starts with negative elapsed time that eventually counts to zero and keeps counring up. Still slow switching apps, particularly Lyft. I did remove Amp & it helps. GPS appears to lockup but GMaps works fine. Still better than that 'other' app.

Signed up and it's not letting me login keeps telling me that the password is invalid, I clicked on the "forgotten password" and I get a message that the email provided is not in the system. P.S. also verified the email and gotten the welcome email... so not sure what's happening...

Despite the issue being a misunderstanding on my part with how the app worked, a support person immediately got in touch with me and even sent a debug test build so they could see what I was doing wrong with the app and making sure there really wasn't anything fishy going on. I've been using a variety of apps across both Android and iOS phones not to receive this level of care and support. I don't use most of the features in this app but it solves two major Uber app gripes flawlessly. ❤

Can't even register. After signing up with my phone number and email, their system refuses to recognize my email yet says my phone number is already in use. I've heard great things about this app but this is a literal non-starter for me.

This app was pretty decent, but over the last 2 weeks or so, the app malfunctions pretty bad. When I pick up someone on Lyft, the Uber app turns back on for no reason, and vice versa. Sometimes, it changes screens to at opposite app in the middle of a ride. Sometimes, other problems. I won't pay for a flawed app that is spazing out.

Battery drain while not in use is ridiculous. Have to go through hoops disabling the app and everything with it to keep from draining battery. Otherwise a welcome addition durning slow times. During busy times it doesn't turn off other app fast enough to keep from getting rides and instead accepts them so I am forced to cancel one. I just don't use it in busy areas any more.

I had this app during the one month free trial. It started off working well maybe the first week or so. Then all of the sudden they gave me problems like separating the two Lyft and Uber apps which is the main purpose of me getting this app. I slow down my phone and will accept rides from both apps because I would think the other one was closed and it wasn't. The final straw was when it wouldn't allow me to continue because it started asking for $2.99 a month or $29 a year to continue... Give me a break!

When it works, I love it. I paid for the year subscription because I loved it so much but every few weeks it simply stops working and I have to clear the cache and uninstall then reinstall it. It's pretty irritating. I would also love for doordash to be added in so i can do all 3 services rather than grubhub and uber. All in all I still love it but it takes quite a while to fix when it messes up.

Was working great, but with the new Lyft update, it no longer goes online with Lyft. It still turns it off so still pretty useful. hoping it's just an fix to keep up with Lyft. seems to be working well after the update. Thanks! Back to not working. Doesn't turn the other app off when accepting rides now. Uber, Lyft, and Maximo had updates yesterday, so it seems that there's a dance going on to keep in lockstep. Looks like it's working now. not sure what I did to get it going, but all seems good.

I downloaded this app and it seemed ameturtish enough that I didn't want to try it while I was driving. Also, I had to reset my password because I ended up mistyping it. Instead of getting a link or a temporary password sent to me, the system emailed me my password. A properly implemented password system can't do that. This is a big security no-no. (The proper way to store a password doesn't allow the software developer or even the computer to know what the password is. Instead, it stores some data that is derived from your password, but can't be used to quickly figure out your password. That is why you always get a link or a temporary password when you reset a password.)

Your app crashes while trying to activate UE and force kilometers setting. Cannot have both active at the same time for some strange reason.

App is a wonderful tool. Definitely work getting and trying out ! Also Had a similar as the user below. Maxymo support fixed it within minutes of my inquiry asking for help. Super great support

once I finished my 30 day trial and paid for my subscription I noticed they kept coming out with update after update. The app won't work unless you keep updating every week. Even then I have trouble seamlessly transitioning between Uber and Lyft. I asked for a refund and was denied, so I am stuck with an app that doesn't work. So now I am on a campaign to warn others to save their money and do not purchase this product.

Issue regarding app not being able to be Forced Stop, why??

I may change this later at first it worked great. Now not so much. Now it has gotten slow and lagging causing problems and double booking and hurting both accounts. Some times it works and then it dosent. Lot of the times you will not see what it accepted nor details till it is too late. If it rejects a ride it still shows the rider you are coming till it shuts it off.

Love this app. I really like that I can choose how far I'm willing to drive for a pickup. Especially with ubereats.. I like to stay within a 5 to 10 minute window circumference area and 10 miles or less. This app is exactly what I needed! I would like to have this same feature with Lyft if possible.

Really love this app. Been using it now for 2.5 months. they had a problem with one of the apps at one point. They notified what was going on and fixed the problem within a few days. Set it the way you want and never touch your phone the whole time you drive. They update when needed and for $3 a month, well worth it.
