I used the app to try to redeem vouchers from Costco. After several attempts to get them to register it finally said voucher had been redeemed but my ticket Balance never decreased. I went through the check out process and still had to pay full amount for my tickets, now I'm afraid my vouchers won't work so I'm probably out the money for those too. These were brand new vouchers that I had just bought.
I enjoy using this app as I can buy my tickets to the movies and pick my seats without having to pay a fee like other apps. The only downside is I can't seem to place orders for food with it, and I can't buy tickets for the crying room with this app
The concept of this app is great since I love going to this movie teather on my town. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I can't log in with my account according to the app I'm not connected to any server I got high speed internet. I know the app still new and needs more work but by leaving a review I hope you guys can improve the app because it's worth it
This app has worked in the past. Now it's telling me to check my connection when I clearly have internet connection. I have also tried to access maya online and tried to log in. It won't let me log in, tells me to verify my email but gives no acces to verify. Maya needs to fix this.... it's been an ongoing issue
Easy to use. Doesn't back all the way out like other apps. Allows you to check available seats at different times easily.
Love this app. This is my favorite theatre, and I was very excited for this app and it has not disappointed me yet. But one thing this app should have is notifications. It should notify the customer when there has been a change int auditorium or time.
The ticket purchase function is great. You can pick your seat and paying is easy. It keeps track of your loyalty points and offers great deals.
Very easy to use all around, quick to use reward points for discounts on snacks when viewing the movie.
The app is SUPER easy to use and has a nice design! You dont even need to have an account to make movie reservations.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS THRU THE APP or their website. Buy them thru Fandango or just go yourself and buy them. it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. I've emailed them, filled up the request thru their website, went to the actual location, even sent them a message thru Facebook messenger for 2 WEEKS NOW!!
Really good for now, but some options (ordering food, no menu 👎) that just does not work within the app :/ other than that 😎
The app works fine, and as far as apps go, it probably deserves a five star rating. But having to reserve your seat when there are 10 other people in the whole theater is somehow not the best. And of course that's on the theater itself, not the app.
It makes things a lot easier to navigate I do have trouble logging in from time to time but the benefits are great and absolutely love maya cinemas
It's really easy to use, I love getting my tickets in advance and setting what seats are available. It's one of my favorite movie experiences.

The only issue i have is that it doesnt open all the way and it keeps spinning on the bottom of the page and thats all it does on cell phone
Ok so it's not working. It was working just fine last week and now it's not connecting and I know my connection is good.

Doesn't work. Hasn't worked once since I downloaded it.
Please fix this app already. I have been trying it on and off for months, possibly an entire year. It doesn't work. It won't even let you sign in. It says something about connecting to the server. My mom had a different phone and service, neither of us have major problems with connections, and yet both of us get the same exact error message. I love Maya theatres and when I go to Regal I use their app. So it would be nice if you guys finally got this together.
