Bought full version. Recently had to reinstall all apps, it's not recognising I've already paid, won't restore purchase. App wants me to pay again

This is a good app for kids
My 3 year old son loves the game, but I wasn't aware it was only a 15 minute trial. If I had known I wouldn't have wasted the long time it took to download it. Definitely shouldn't be advertised as a "free game". Off to find my son an actual free game now that lasts longer than 15 minutes.
'Your 15 minutes are over' - complete rubbish, 15 minutes is a joke. Definitely not going to purchase full version after only 15 minutes of 'sampling' the game!
My child loves it but why not restrict features and let them play the trial for as long as they want....my 2 1/2 year old us now crying since my mobility account spend limit is reached until next billing cycle and she can no longer play
What's the use of a child app not compatible with the restricted account? Just offer the full version as a separate app or licence key instead of an in-app purchase.
