I have been a loyal user of both the old and new Maybank apps since they were out. But now since I upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo I am unable to open both the old and new Maybank apps. Hence I had to drop this review and uninstall both apps. Please do something about this. I will reinstall it once I'm able to use it on the latest android platform. Edited my review to 1 star
While it's a convenience to do quick check on account balance, I was unpleasantly surprised that this app failed to do Instant Interbank Transfer, causing unnecessary anxiety and delays. Called to the customer support hotline, waited long time as usual, and the support officer cannot help because the mobile app does not display transaction error code and any info useful to troubleshooting. I then used my mobile phone browser to open full website version of M2U and completed the transfer successfully. Edit (31/7/2017): This app closes itself as soon as it is started, mentioning my phone is rooted. But my phone is not rooted at all. Can't even launch the app.
Cannot receive tac no for new transfer, credit card usage summary not informative enough,slow to response
Does the simple transfer and paying utilities. I love the receipt is in pdf format. Wonder if this apps will be available after maybank launched secure2u recently.
It's basic okay. Sometime systems slow sometime quite fast. Only use it to check balance and toping up.
The only reason I'm still using this version of Maybank app is multiple accounts login. As of now, I can't login because of that maintenance message popping up.
I just updated the app few days back and I'm I getting pop ups like it's an old app pls update the new version. Its irritating pls try to solve it thank u.
Omg this version totally very slow compare last version. It can't connect server when login or transfer $$. It fails to do transaction.

Please provide a setting to disable notification. Is a basic thing to do for a software to have setting for user.
Idk why this app keep telling me that it have maintenance issues on SATURDAY buts it is FREAKING MONDAY NOW and i cannot open my mayban2u apps. Please fix this ASAP

Why i cant open this apps after i upgraded my android.
Every time i open the app it pop up saying that i still using the old version and ask me to update, but i keep checking back and forward with play store not showing and update and all lol what should i do?
Do u expected user with multi accounts uninstalled & reinstalled to log in each time? That's annoying and I'll stick back the old version apps or through desktop site internet.
