Too many errors. Problems with registration and login. Useless customer service that took too long to respond via email but couldn't actually help with anything. Also spent 30mins waiting for call to their CS to go through but to no avail, which means it was money wasted for nothing. I have accounts under 10 online bank/wallet platforms, and Maybank's service is definitely the worst thus far. There is potential for app, but maybe consider getting rid of bugs before introducing it to the public.
They do have a great customer service! The tone of voice, you know they are not annoyed and willing to cater all your queries, walk you through the app. It's a 10/10 stars for customer service. But the app is only 2 stars. I use this app just today, transferring to other bank is useless. Seriously, insufficient fund? First, system cant detect the money for several times trying to transfer. Second, then later on, it debited twice in my account when it was unsuccessfully transferred. 🙄😔
Been trying to open an ISave account more than thrice already. After submitting a picture of my id, the app goes back to the main menu. Then I have to input everything again. One time I got as far as submitting a selfie but then nothing. It went back to the main menu again. No messages or prompt to tell you if registration is successful or not. If this is what one will encounter while opening an account, what can we expect if we need to transact transfers or payments? Please improve your site.
The app is ok not great. Bills payment function is reliable. i like the fact that OTP for bills payment is done only during registration and not every transaction. Interface is clean. Could have added instapay and Pesonet options at competitive rates like 5 to 10 pesos per trxn - I would give it 5 stars. It's more stable now than it used to be. Bills payment to favorite biller is the most convenient function so far.
Opened an account, tried depositing money, still not showing up. Waiting for customer support to reply to my issue.
warning: customer service does not exists. i have 2 emails that went unanswered. bank at your own risk. atm card will not be delivered as promised. you have to get it at the nearest branch. app review: 1. you need to reenter credentials when paying bills and doing transfers. 2. you cannot save bills pay info as favorites. you need to reenter every time. 3. mobile load does not have discount. 4. frequent "info not available" for savings and have to relogin again. - isave client
Back button from the phone itself should be utilized for the back function because it is more accessible compared to the in-app back button. It too frustrating when you tap the phone back button and it keeps on asking if you want to close the app. The phone back button is utilized most of the apps so you should follow what is common to other people unless your phone has the back button on the top of the screen. However, i see it more secured compared to other apps.
This is the most useless bank app I've ever encountered. It's so difficult to sign up for mobile banking. I'm just signing up again after my try last year but it's telling me again that the maximum number of attempt has been reached. What a waste of time! Even the customer service is useless too.
Its that very user friendly app. When it comes to registering some perosnal information like zip codes, its hard to scroll down until the end and when you enter the City/Province the zip code will be gone and when I press next it needs the zip codes and I cannot access the zip codes anymore because as I have observed when I enter the City/ Province it cannot display the zip codes but when I click first the zip codes, it does appears. Im hoping you can fix it. Thank you
Major hassle! I have been denied 2x and the only notification I get is some generic email that the ID I submitted MAY not have been 1 of those acceptable [even though I'm sure they had SSS ID on the list], my selfie was blurred [even if I clearly saw myself and the app didn't provide any other option to just upload a selfie from my own drive]. Fine! Keep treating potential customers that way...I look forward to your PERMANENT bank holiday!!!
The app keeps on saying unsuccessful with no reason at all, tried asking the bank if there's any issue with their app and said that maybe my phone is not compatible, so i tried it with different phones to no avail. This is the worst. Please fix your app! I need to register for an important reason.
I used to be able ti view my loan balances, but not with the new update. I hope you can include this again. Thank you. Account balance does not update after every transaction. Need to logout and login again to reflect new balance.Overall, user experience is ok.
Haven't login successfully on this app ever since the officer created an online account for me upon opening a saving account. Not sure why. I've already tried reinstalling but still same issue was encountered, page is loading forever. Please fix asap since there are also lot of negative reviews regarding this app.
Stupid app!!!!!!! They Let you fill up all the info after you indicate your infor it give a feedback that the register is not successfull ,
Why is it so slow to send the tac no. Or sometimes it doesnt send it? Now i habe to wait for this communication time out.
Need to debug. Everytime i upload my drivers license with signature when clicking submit button it'll back to the home screen of the maybank app. I would like to open an account but sadly it sucks. Please fix this issue i already called your branch regarding this app. And they said that my account info doesn't appear on their system although i completely filled up the form thru this app.
It worked well will with my old oppo phone, now that I switched to my new huawei phone, it did not work... Actually it did not open at all!!! I'm so disappointed with this app. Instead of making transactions easy for me, it even caused me stress and difficulty...so sad... .
Hello. Is there any issue with internet banking? I cannot transfer any funds. It wont show the list of other banks. I tried using the website but it still wont have that option to transfer to other local banks. Customer service just puts me on hold for like forever. Hope this can be fixed if ever it is a bug. Thanks.
what code do you need when trying to schedule a video call for verification? The app is pretty outdated compared to CIMB UPDATE Tried giving this app a chance but yet again it fails. I was able to login for a few times then it just loads and does not let me login. My 1 star review remains till you sort out the bugs of this app.
App doesn't open anymore it's hanging on the startup screen with the logo of lion in it. It loads but never opens. I updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't open.
so far so good, very convenient... the only suggestion i have is regarding details of transfer, kindly reflect the account number where the transfer have been made for double checking purposes 😊 If you'll add that one, i'll change this to a 5 star 😉
It works for a few times, then stops loading. I have to uninstall then reinstall for it to work again. Hope you get to fix this issue immediately. It can get to be such a hassle at times.
Please fix this as it inconveniences customers. I had to do a transfer but failed 5 times when I was asked to confirm the transaction. Called customer service and they can't solve it either. Why bother introducing a technology that inconveniences people. I now have to go to the branch. How much did you spend on this technology??
Not happy with the app. Processing transactions is very buggy
This bank is not customer friendly at all...limited branches...this app most specially...hard to log in to...they make it hard for you to create accounts...once you forgot your account details its very hard to retrieve it...they can't extend the service...in short you have to adjust to their style of service which not that good at all...i'm sorry...
After less than 10 any transactions, i cant open the app again. I've reinstalled it couple of times, it always just cant be opened. Pls look into this problem. I might transfer my accounts to other banks that can accomodate my needs
My transfer failed but it still deducted the amount on my account. Kindly settle this your system sucks very unreliable, this is the 2nd time.. very inconvenient to do a transaction to your system!
Worst app and have worst customer service😀 I tried to contact them in all accessible way possible, however they responded so irrelevant. I cannot open our account and I'm not sure if the money we invested will still be available.🤷 P.S. Also tried to update hoping to solve the problem. Just a waste of time💁
the app closes whenever I'm uploading government Id photo and selfie. I have to fill up all the details from the start over and over again. It's very irritating, I have tried 5 times already.
I tried opening an account, but when you have been asking for the FTAC, the message was delayed a lot of times and then when I tried again after a few minutes, it's showing error. Will I be able to try and register an account again?
