Kept on having problem with Samsung s22 ultra. App keep on crashing and frozen when I'm trying to buy/sell.

No picture verifiication and username used same as savings / current account ! What a stupid app ! As a result, this will open wide a door for scammer to get your password.

This app is supposed to be more efficient than the previous one but it is not..i have encountered days when data is not available to me in a milli-second...sometimes, the page will buffer and buffer for as long as over 30 minutes. I am opened to using a new version but it must be more efficient and user friendly than the old version. This version fails to meet my minimum expectation....very bad for traders too...very disappointed and frustrated.

The apps is always lagging. Most of the time i want to refresh and check on the latest number it will become blank and not showing anything. And i have experienced a few times the system is down (happen about every month) not able to make any trade. Another problem is if i happened to make a trade and it falls under "B". I cannot withdraw it and it just stuck there.

The only financial app that prompt for re-login if one logged out. Makes it vulnerable to accidental login especially if you have a phone like mine - I press the power button to close phone after lock out, but because my power button doubles as finger print sensor, I'm immediately re-login to the system. Happens multiple times to me. Totally flawed algorithm and unsafe.

The app is passably stable and visually appealing. Maybank insights are also useful. Few inconveniences and a lack of functions to share: 1. History of total dividends received/calculated from a stock is a MUST HAVE function. 2. ADD STOP LOSS FUNCTION 3. When adding stocks to watch list, the "added successfully" sign blocks the search bar, making it hard to quickly add stocks consecutively. 4. Optimize "Alert" section. Too confusing and hard to determine when news was recieved

After update can't even login🤦🏻‍♂️ better don't update if it's like this🤦🏻‍♂️

Crazy experience I had with this app. Frezee, hang, stuck, is the theme of the apps. In split second it could ruin your daily trade. I'm not sure what's going on with the apps, the problems remain the same (hang, stuck, lag, frezee) for a years. I had this problem almost in a critical time: want to buy at very best price, hang, after many attempts reopen the price already going high. :Want to sell cut loss, hang, a lot of time refresh, the price already goes down a huge loss.

This app hang/stop all the time, especially between 4:30pm to 4:45pm which is very inconvinience to use. The interface is not user friendly at all and the info is confusing. The new app suppose to improve from the prev version however it seems the other way round.

Best example of old app is better than new. One of the most critical display during buy and sell looks like it is designed by someone who doesn't trade. They only display one side of trade information, how it passes the drawing board baffles me.

The features of this app is not user-friendly. Earlier version (maybank investment app) was easier and convenient to use on-the-go. This doesnt seems like an upgrade instead a downgrade. Ambank app looks much more easier and convenient. Rather than giving standard reply to your customer, better work on the improvements... if not you all just capable seeing your customers walking away to other brokers not even one star applicable for this useless app.

Rubbish app. Slow and unresponsive. Alerts that have been set does not alert at all. Once minimised the whole app crashes and shuts down. Not user friendly for an app that is supposed to be for trading. Absolutely rubbish. Can't even login today

app is horribly laggy, key in 1 order to buy and it lags ended up buying double. key in to sell and it doesn't work sometimes. when heavy trading is going on in the market, the app crashes and doesn't function. if you contact them they'll just ask you to reinstall and tell u that system has a problem

This apps is not an upgrade, instead it is totally downgrade. Yes it provide more features, but plz get it some short feature n simple so that we can trade easily n most important few button to perform trade. Been paying alot alot of brokerage, but this apps totally Dissapointed us. Even login, it don have finger print login like others banking apps or Maybank KimEng. Even logged in already, unable to see share portfolio. Too many bugs.

Everything apart from Top mover doesn't provide live results. If I want to look at the latest price, I have to select "Buy or Sell", press back, and select "Buy or Sell" to refresh the price list. By the time you lock on your order. Chances are you will miss the timing you want.

Not user friendly. I'll prefer the old apps with much much better interface. I don't need nice chart or information, I can use Web version if I need those. What we need in phone apps is being able to buy sell fast. Please improve.

It doesnt auto calculate the total gain after bonus issues, whats the point of having the portfolio section if it doesnt show the right amount? its very inconvenience. Notification is slow as well.

Very confusing app. When you place sell order on your stock in your portfolio, it will no longer appear! If the stock is sold its understood if not displayed! When checked on webpage its not even sold yet!. Weighted average shall not be calculated with units sold previously! It should only calculated on units on hand! Users will have more accurate profit / loss judgement!

Very bad app for trading have difficulty trading as it does not necessarily reflect market price. Also it lags a lot . I always have to log out and log in back just to see the updated information.

This app is hang since 9am til now(10.45am) making me missed a few stocks to be added into my list, so disappointed... Now the watchlist stock is slowly picking up and i missed it at the cheap price. Will definitely look for other bank which has a better server. This is not the first tine, it always hang during the critical time.

Very laggy after the update. Worse than before. I think many are complaining the on the same issue. Very laggy and can't even login. Please step up your Software support. Cant trade during critical time. Seriously useless apps. I am thinking of changing my account. Unresponsive apps.

Unprofessional IT team. Doing maintainance during the trading period. And caused my profit reduced. Besides that, apps always experience information delayed. Which showing historical data of half hour ago. Not well tested system. System can experience login issues and buy sell queuing issues. Anyone who reading this, suggest you go for ispeed.my. My experience in that apps is smooth and do not see any lag during the highest trading amount in bursa trading day.

Very confusing UI. New look, but Not user friendly. Placement of data not easy to eyes. Plenty of unused spaces. The old app is much easier to use. Please give life to the old app, with 5 market depths. I'm very sure many will echo this request..

The core function is there but the UI is bad. When I logout and exit, it opens back asking for log in. It's not user friendly. Some details are not displayed. Sometimes slow too.

The app was unable to run when the market trading in high volume, re-open the app multiple time but it still the same! Unable to do transaction when I needed to, this is unacceptable. Please sort it out.

The other day once I submitted the order, I cound not modify the order. I checked with my friend who used another brokerage. I thought it was Bursa's problem but it was not. It's Maybank problem. Today when the market opens, the app says the system is under maintenance. What the heck! How unreliable! I think this is the last straw and I have to leave this lousy trading app and find a new one. I strongly advise you to stay away from this unless you want to put your money at risk.

It is extremely frustrating to see the app responding very slowly especially when the market is active. This issue has been raised by other users before but no action taken. This only shows lacks of commitment from Maybank and the management does not give a damn. I bet none of them read the reviews. Hell..they all should be fired for being incompetent.

I am using Samsung Note9. Before last 2 days, I able to login and works as it should. But till now I unable to login to the apps. There are error state 'only 3 devices are allowed'. But I only used this phone only no other devices. According to manual, I need to remove others devices on 4th device login. But I can't even log in. Please help me to resolve this problems.
