MaybankPay App lets customers enrol their Maybank Visa credit, debit & prepaid cards in their smartphones for contactless payment. Upon enrolment, customers can use their phones to make contactless payment at all outlets where contactless payments are accepted.

Card EnrolmentStep 1 : Key or scan in your Maybank Visa card no, mobile number, expiry dateStep 2 : Submit detailsStep 3 : OTP will be sent via SMS, key in the 6-digits OTPStep 4 : Card is successfully enrolled
Note: If you just received the new Chip & Pin card and have already enrol with the old card, you need to delete the old card and re-enrol the new card.

I'm surprised to see negative feedbacks for this app. I use this app on my Sony Xperia and Honor and I do not encounter any issues. Please take note that you need to have a phone with NFC to be able to use this app so if your phone doesn't come with NFC, please ignore this app. Alternatively, you can download Maybank app and pay using QR code. Thank you, Maybank for being a pioneer. It's a very good app and I don't have to carry my card anymore. I hope Maybank will include MasterCard in future.
not compatible vivo x21. i already google the list of phone with nfc, until now there are about 120+ model/ series of smartphones build with nfc. it is quite disappointed for me unable to use it. already uninstall the app. tq.
"Phone is not compatible. No NFC capability is detected" what's wrong with this? Well this is a bummer since I'm not eligible to get the TGV promo. Please fix this
Trying to register my maybank visa debit results in a "Connection failed" error. Phone has no issues going online. Since thats a first time user experience, its pretty poor.
so sad my smartphone is not compatible i have been using other maybank apps every since it has started and loving it. i hope that this app can be install and use in every smartphone. thanks.
always shown syatem error after few days of used and need to reconfigure the card again... especially after turn off the phone... very troublesome...fix this problem please!
Totally cannot open it as it stated that my device is not compatible. How come this happen? and as maybank account holder, I cannot use this and enjoy the tgv ticket offer obviously? how annoying this app.
Cant find in google play (via phone) and install on my new smartphone android 9 pie. Enjoyed this convenient app on my old smartphone. Very sad and miss the app.
not supporting the latest android version and very outdated. Seems like maybank is dropping this app as no furthur updates are being held. disappointed.
scan card is useless, cant add card manually as well. Please integrate to the maybank app. And the compatibility is unclear.

I can"t open it, it keeps saying cannot process request. I"ve waited and still can"t open it.

Why Cimb can accept master n visa but maybank being one of the top banks don't support mastercard? Further more I use to have visa debit but they say all cards have to be changed and they gave us master card instead

Can now register and use this app via helpline. All works as expected.
Your apps cannot operate just show no npc message.. very difficult deal with maybank.. so poor..

Tried it for the first time at McD, and it worked very well, the app is just too underrated. I think you should maybe open up it's availability to other bank cards not just only Maybank as well, or maybe integrate it closely with your MAE e wallet. This has a lot of potential for NFC payments in our country, please do consider improving it further.
