I can never get logged in through the app, even though I have no issues on the website.
Can't login anymore. Username and password correct. Ugh.
No longer working. Says I don't have an internet connection. Please update this app.

Incorrect password when it works on the website
Can't log in with my correct user name and password. This issue is reported by many other people. Giving up.
Virtually impossible to login.
This application is great when it works, but that rarely happens. IT can't seem to make the app work either and have no intention of fixing the underlying problem. Right password, right username, still can't login despite multiple calls.
The app on my Nexus 6p defaults to landscape orientation, despite my attempts to correct it. No other apps on my phone behave this way, so it's clearly your problem. Please fix as landscape mode is less than useful for the amount of data that must be entered into the app to submit a claim.
Hangs too often
Updated version still crashes.... Now crashes every time I try to submit a claim, tried 4 times already, uninstalled and reinstalled already, did not work
I have to Uninstall then reinstall everytime I want to submit a claim. I figured there would be some bugs with roll out, but to still have this issue is ridiculous.
I was able to log in once...haven't been able to since. Reinstalled...still doesn't work. I can log in through the website just fine...just not the app

I have installed, Uninstalled, and reinstalled several times. I can log in, but the app always shuts down everytime i attempt to make a claim! Very frustrating. Sounds like a great app in theory, if it would work.
Very unreliable. Called, and was told to uninstall and reinstall, then just fax it. Why bother? This is just one of many times this app has failed to work.
Nice start. Surprised more people have not downloaded this. Makes things SO EASY. Keep up the progress!
It's nice to be able to access everything on the go, but it'd be nicer if we could submit our childcare expenses from the app like you can with healthcare expenses.
No matter what I try i can't log in to this app. I have no problem with the website, just the app. I did call customer service and they were not able to help. I tried uninstall and reinstall several times. Too bad...
Completed one reimbursement and could never log on again.
It worked well until it was time to submit receipt. It will not allow me to upload a receipt frm my photo gallery. Instead I had to take another photo of the receipt using the app camera. It comes out awfully blurry. Terrible quality pic. Well, it was worth a shot but too buggy. Will go back to snail mail. Update: tried again today. It is worse. Won't let me login. My username and password work on the website. Not here though
