App onboarding didn't work for me
This app is very poorly designed and there are typos throughout. Once you delete the app from your phone or install it on a new phone you must register the vehicle in the app again. There are mistakes in the state abbreviations, like Rhode Island which is listed as "RL" instead of "RI". The app is no where near as good as Nissan's app which isn't even that great either but better than this! I have yet to have to make a roadside assistance call but I'm wary of the day I need to.
I can verify my vin but as soon as I put in my state it erases all my name and address info. I have a note4 samsung phone with all latest updates. Restarted Uninstalled and reinstalled still will not let me register.
The colors don't match the colors of the graphic. Very poor editing policies for this app.
I input all of the information only to get a button that called the roadside assistance Line where I had to give them all the info again. Useless app.
App looks very old and capabilities are limited. It's good at what it can do, though. No issues so far.
Unless just needing a reminder you have roadside assistance, and giving them permissions to your contacts & other info they di not need no access to this is a pointless app
When I add my own service record, it does not let me enter 2015 for the year. Can't do any year higher than 2014
Precious time I will never get back, for downloading this app.
Apps don't get more unless than this one.

My cellphone does all this... better.
I cannot add service history for year 2015. It only accept up to 2014. Please fix this issue...
WITH happened to the apps
I haven't used it yet for assistance, but it seems quite functional. Had no problems like other reviewers regarding Vin verifying issues. App is easily navigable and does what it is designed to do. Will update if I ever have to use it, until then, solid 4 stars.
Same problem as other users, need to fix when I put my state the whole thing clears, very annoying.
Well, in time we will see how this app functions. Only had my car for a day and I was able to register it.
It seems like the app has not caught up with the cars. I can't verify my new 2014 CX-5 vin.
I just registered my new Mazda in the app on my Android phone. Whoever wrote this app doesn't seem to know that the District of Columbia is part of the U.S., since DC is not an address option.
I bought my car a week ago...not sure how long I'll have to wait before it's able to verify my VIN. Have no use for this application if it won't register my car!
Took just a minute to register. Hopefully, will never have to try it out.

No way to enter a proper address in Canada. Going to get rid of this app.
DC needs to be listed as a state. I know we don't have representation in Congress but, we do buy cars.
Can't finish verify. After entering state it resets. Impressed with the car. Not so much this ap.
Very simple app! Took me 2 minutes. to set it up. 2015 mazda 3.
On selecting state - it clears other data for registration
tried repeatedly to get the app to communicate for roadside assistance without success. the app is a joke.
