Spent time setting up a whole profile and everything. Then when tried opening it up the next day it said my login was wrong. So when I clicked forgot, in case I was putting in the wrong password, it said my info wasn't there, er go, didn't register. Not gonna go through the whole process again just to have that happen again. Delete!
This is probably one of best jewish dating apps out there - it offers everything you'd get from other sites but without the cash wall! The one issue it has at the moment, is lack of users (at least for a UK user). I know this isn't something the developers can control, but because of this I'm not really using the app as much as I'd like to...I do hope that changes really soon though!
Not enough active users. Lots and lots of profiles that show they havent logged in since 2019. Search filters are clunky. Even set for a long distance there are hardly any active people to match with. Just a dead app. Update: if the developers dont like you, or your review of their app, they will post a polite reply on here suggesting you keep using the app and try again. In reality, they will delete your profile without warning, not tell you, and be rude to you when you ask why you can't login.
Excellent customer service on-line. Very prompt and helpful. My only issue is that it is only on a smart phone ot tablet. I like to use my laptop with mouse too.
Now on top of that the app actually says that you have exceeded your limit of messages it now says your account has been temporally disabled while a terms violation is being investigated. I guess if you don't give them what they want to hear this is what they do?????? Lol I rarely give reviews, but just on a business aspect maybe start charging a minimal fee or ads that way we are able to communicate unlimited because what is a dating app with limited communication or better yet a relationship?
Please help! Unable to delete my account, wipe all my information from it and opt out. Not many people on it and buggy. I tryed getting in my account and it never works it says that my account has been disabled for some reasons, this isn't a good app, I am not even able to get into my account atleast lemmi delete my profile! if i had the chance to give it 0 start I would, 1 is also too much
Doesnt let me finish my profile..it says i cant do anything till i complete 3 insights..which there is no way to do..no option for it on that profile page Theres no field left unanswered..all are filled in. Theres no "Insight" field It is stuck in telling me i must answer 3 insights which there is no way to do
Couldn't get past the registration page on the app. Once I selected a secret question, the "go" button disappeared. Samsung Galaxy S9+.

I've used jdate and its jswipe site, and kept matching with many fake accounts. Great to see that this app addresses catfishing, recommended!
After giving up on jdate, I came across this app. It's got everything you need without all the gimmicks and the hefty fees.

Cant log back in, never got a log in email from you. Keeps on saying that user name is invalid. I want to remove my profile!

You get what you paid for..bubkess for bubkess..as a jew i know, whatever is free is worth free (nothing)..they said "if you see profile that doesn't have a video it means it's incomplete account and the user will have to complete it.."well..all the profiles here have one or two photos, no or very little information definitely no videos what's so ever..my account was closed by admin cuz i didn't put a video of myself.. this is a scam operation to get information about you and to get your face id
You can't use the app without placing a video of yourself. Also I don't want to give you access to my phone information

Very few people on here. None are active.
It is really free and no ads!! The app is very good, easy to use, but very small number of users(but those there seems real which is rare for a dating app!). I would also appreciate a wider/infinite range of "search radius" as I travel a lot, and would relocate for a serious match. Looking forward to the "custom location" function. Thanks!
