Mazuma Mobile Banking

Only having one number to reach when you have an issue is a real problem. You can never reach a live person. After being on hold for 20 plus minutes I hang up.

Mobile banking and deposit is a great help to me. I am disabled and getting to the bank is not always easy.

The Mazuma app has proven to be of great quality. I appreciate the fact that it's easy access to my account at anytime I need to manage it.

The picture taking of mobile deposits is a constant struggle. It clear images out on its own, sometime it launches with the camera in reverse, sometimes it doesn't like the shot and makes you retake it. I totally dread every time I have to deposit a check on this app.

Mazuma online banking is a great app to have you can move your money over and within seconds you're able to use the money transferred. you can see how much you have in both checking and savings. You can do a check deposit and they also made it so that you can pay bills through the app. There is also a cash back option which allows you to load certain retailers onto your card and if you spend the amount but they are asking they give you cash back at the end of the month I highly recommend.

This app is so useful and convenient! The overview layout is simple and to the point. And I love how the app has a feature where you can easily take a photo of your check for an instant deposit. Recommended!

Mazumas payment processing is extremely slow and their overdraft fees very high ($28) you'll pay for something and it won't come out or even pend in your account for an entire week. They make a ton of money off overdraft fees due to this. Keep up with these transactions because it's a scam. I've never had a bank that didn't either process transactions immediately or at least have it pending until it posted the next day they make it easy to overdraft.

I would prefer a way to make transfers to other accounts. As well as a way to notify me when a certain amount comes out but other than that the app is pretty great I know for a fact the money I transfer is there the second it says it is transferred

I especially like being able to transfer funds to my accounts.....very convenient!! I'm sure that it has many more optional features to access as well. Continue to make our banking experience convenient....and I thank you for all you do!!!

Customer service is trash. Multiple times they have not been able to assist/help with minor problems. Customer service almost never knows how to assist you with problems, and they just talk in circles until you give up.

App is user friendly and extremely easy to use. That's always a PLUS!!

I like this app. Its user friendly , easy access. I like being able to look at my account with no hassles. Its better than the voice automated system. I was hesitant but im very happy with this app.

Love the app. Very easy to use. My only complaint is I wish there was an option to lock my debit card from the Mobil banking app. The last bank I use to bank from had that option.

I love that i can check balances at least 3 different ways, shuffle money around like a Boss, get notifications that I setup and pay bills without effort or worry. Come on in, the water's fine!

This is by far the best mobile banking app I've ever used. Reminders are always on time and making transfers has never been easier. The best part is how secure you feel when you don't have to worry about your funds. Update... just keeps getting better!

The app is ok but every time I try to deposit mobile check it logs me out as soon as i take the picture saying "logged out due to in activity". It doesn't matter how fast you do it. Please fix this problem. Having this feature would save me lots of time.

Useful app. Hopefully they will one day update to pin sign-in functions instead of having to always type the full password

What a Nightmare. Absolutely terrible and confusing app. There are 3 different places I can pay my loan and only one of them works. If you call them you ONLY get robots to deal with and the only way to get a human on the line is to report your card as STOLEN. Avoid this credit union at all costs. This is just the issue with the app. The people in the office are just as frustrating to deal with. 0/5 stars, please go bankrupt and shut down forever. You guys don't know what you're doing.

The photos are very difficult to align for checking deposit. It's quicker to just run up to the bank for deposits. It will be unlikely that I will use this feature again.

On login the app demands that you enter a security code, which it texts to the phone number associated with your account. There's nowhere in the app to enter the security code. how dumb is that? Completely useless app.

Easy to work and maneuver through.

Cant deposit checks via app after the latest update. It gets to a pop up window to confirm the amount of the check is clearly visible with no way to confirm or decline and no way to back out accept to close the app. Fix this now.

Best app ever. Always accurate and helps to keep balance. Just wish was easier to add payees.

All the issues with the app seem to have been fixed. I can even find my routing and account numbers without having to call customer support.

Clerks for Mobile deposit think it's funny to decline deposits and add rule after rule with no consistency, took me 5 times to get them to deposit a check. When I endorse a check there's so much writing it looks like a love letter from the 90's. Due to these inconsistencies I'm in the process of changing banks after more than 20 years with Mazuma.

Excellent app. Balances, transfers, payments, biometric logins are all easy and straightforward. Very happy.
