Mazzio's Pizza Mobile Ordering

Shockingly bad app. Creating an account is a comically long form, which scrolls itself around as you move field to field - and you can't recenter it, so if a checkbox is off screen, you can't change it. If you rotate the screen, it exits the menu you're in and goes back to the main menu. When you pay, there's a field for adding a tip to the order, and if you don't fill out the tip field, which I didn't even see at first, the order fails with a totally unrelated error message. Just comically bad.

Total waste of time. App is fatally flawed - cannot change from vertical to horizontal without total loss of input data. Want to check the required boxes to sign up? Sure, just tilt your screen and lose it all. Start over again. Fill out the order, push (button In the app) back to add to order: start over again. Want to check your ingredients? Start over again. Poorest excuse for a sales tool ever, reflects the quality of the product.

The app is ugly. Its basic to the point it seems designed by an entry level programmer for visual basic. The navigation is not at all intuitive, its plain at best and ugly at worst, theres no advertising, or anything to promote the business, and perhaps most unforgivable, the scripts are broken. Performing certain actions or series of actions, some as basic as leaving a review, crashes the app and even exposes the bare code in some instances. I expect more from one of the biggest names.

It does what I need, but I've never seen the Mazzio's icon on my Android phone. It's always a blank, generic Android logo only. The icon shows on the Play store though. Been this way for years and wasn't even fixed when they changed logos. Make is so you can use the back arrow by the Home button on your Android device. Every other app I use, it goes to the previous screen. You have to use the integrated back button at the top of the app only. Super annoying. Might as well just use the website.

Mazzios needs to throw this whole thing in the trash and rethink their entire online ordering system. It's confusing to navigate, insecure, ugly, unintuitive, and full of errors and bugs. Order one pizza from the Domino's app to see the difference. They're better off not having an app at all if it's this bad.

This app gets alot of hate. However I had no problem at all when placing my order. It was faster than using the website. It automatically pulled up my existing account. When I placed my order by adress was there, saved and ready to go. And when I put things in my cart it applied a discount automatically. When i paid my card was saved on there ready to go. Fast and easy.

The app 'works', but idk why its so slow on screens that don't even make api calls or update state, also the UI/UX is some of the worst i've ever seen, like good lord even the button text isn't centered. The cherry on top is the app icon on Android is just straight up missing, so it uses the default android app placeholder icon lol. Not sure who they paid to develop this app, but this is rough, especially in 2021 where mobile development is pretty darn easy.

great food but the app itself is horrible. been using it for a couple years and always have problems. last time i tried using app it wouldnt let me goto cart to pay and i had to start all over then it finally let me get to cart, it showed my whole order, let me add a tip and when i clicked on my card to pay it said it couldnt find order. it had deleted my order and i had to start over yet again. never have these problems with other restuarant apps.

Useless. Was never able to set up an account. Tried several times with 2 emails and both times there was an error. Then when I would try again it would say the email already has an account, tried to log in with that email, wouldn't let me, try resetting the password and still won't let me so its useless

Horrible. I used to be able to use this app and now it says put in a valid email. Then tried to redo it and says there is already an account with this email!!! Put the email back in...it says please enter a valid email. MAZZIOS FIX THIS!!!! Even tried to send an email to developer. The email failed. So apparently no one is working on this problem

I hope you didn't pay someone for coding this. App doesn't even complete the order, and I have to reinstall everytime to get it to work. Now it's crashed to the point that I just get the crash handler code and an explanation of how to change the code to make it not show the code... Should work on this guys. Want me to fix it for you? Amazing you haven't tried to fix it with all the negative reviews.

Mazzio's mobile app acts like a completely separate account. You cannot use the same account info from an online/web account. I find this very inconvenient, what if you don't have two emails? Other than that the app works well.

When I click on the app nothing pops up. It use to work very well, then slowly started freezing up and deleting my orders before I could place them. Now it doesn't work at all when i try to open it.

I tried to place an order and it never went through, it just kept sitting there no matter what I did. The app wouldn't fully load on some pages and it ran very, very slow. The web ordering worked just fine so I'll just stick with that.

What an embarrassing excuse for an app. It can't find my address even thought I'm 0.6 miles from the location. App navigation is atrocious, and the UI is so bad it feels like I'm ordering a bootleg DVD online back in 2001.

I had the app on my phone 10 minutes and deleted it. From not letting me change my items, save things that I've selected, my address supposedly doesn't exist and it had issues going back a screen. All this hassle it's not even worth ever going back to them.

Keep getting the same "server error" message like everyone else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times over the last few months with no change. Ridiculous that it's been going on this long with no fix.

This app sucks....it's not user friendly. The developer needs to go back take more lessons in coding. It took forever to make the order, now I got to wait almost an hour to get my pizza and can't change my order back to pickup because I don't want to wait that long. Geez, these days spending your own money is made into a hassle. Smh

I just tried to download the app to place an order and it won't even accept my address. The directions are incoherent and it's simply frustrating to try and navigate. C'mon Mazzios! You can do better! Uninstalling!

App couldn't find my address and I couldn't even fill out my original information because all of the text couldn't fit on the screen. If I tried to turn my phone to see everything it just deleted all of my info.

This app used to work great. Now, over the last few months when I try and log in to place an order it tells me my login info is incorrect. So I changed all my info and it still, everytime tells me my credentials are incorrect. Boo. Very boo

terrible app. I cant login at all. I have tried resetting my password and I still get the invalid username or password error. make it to where your customers can order as guest and not log in. haven't ordered from mazzios in awhile because of this so you're missing out on business.

Does not even open. Tried to install and delete 3 times this month. The following error on Android.... Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message

Doesn't work. Whenever I try to order it says I have to configure the pizza (manually select all the topings on a special) and then it won't let me save/add it to the cart. Useless app.

So my girlfriend installs this app on her iPhone and it worked fine with our address. We install it on my android phone and enter the EXACT SAME DELIVERY ADDRESS and it says delivery is unavailable to our address. We are 1.1 miles from the nearest location. Why will the delivery work fine when she enters it on her phone, but is unavailable on my phone? (Yes we triple checked the address for typos) The address was entered exactly the same. You are losing Android customers!!!

You can't even login. You don't exist, but wait you can't create an account that email is already registered. Forget your password? Here reset it. You've reset it but now you can't login you can't login because we've sent a link to reset that password!!!! Stupid loops that are more frustrating than its worth

App used to work but now it gives me a runtime error. I've check for updates, uninstalled, and reinstalled twice. Still doesn't work and gives that same runtime error.

Only giving it one star because when I go to make my account, it only shows part of the stuff I need to fill out or check, with no option to scroll left or right to check the boxes or input my date of birth. Broken apps get 1 star, less if it was an option.

The app has gone completely buggy, again. It worked for one night. When you open the app you get the error message that tells you the exact script you need to know to fix your app. How hard can it be?

Everytime I put in my card info right before I confirm it changes how many pizzas I order to 40 pizzas. This makes this price jump extraordinarily! Please message me when you fix this, until then I'll order through someone else.
