app keeps crashing. Have to go back to it top reset everytime a phone call is made, lots of false calls, doesn't always alert you right away when a call for service comes in. Needs a lot of work!
Make this junk work! And give tech support a kick! Its downright shameful how pathetic this app is, and shame on Mercedes for choosing such a pitiful platform. I am LOGGED OUT OF THE APP, and calls are still coming to me instead of the technician on call. I have to uninstall the app so HOPEFULLY it will work.
I have been On call for 7 days and out of the 10 or so roadside calls that have come in I have been notified of 1 of them. This app needs alot of work.
Absolute garbage of an application. Pretty much an embarrassment for Mercedes and MBUSA to continue to use this company. Based off the other reviews I'm not the only tech with issues
This roadside app is not reliable calls time out due to slow down load and the roadside agents see it as a decline and resend it out to third parties

Lots of calls don't come thru. I agreed with what all the other 1 stars have to say.

Worst app ever. Please update it for bug fixes at least. The last app we had worked a thousand times better. I'm using a brand new phone. I cam understand this not working on older phones with older software. Sometimes I can't even press a button. I have to close the app down then reopenot. Even when I'm just loading to get to my already acknowledge pages. It will not load them up until I close the application and retry. And sometimes. That doesn't work. I'll be on Wi-Fi or have LTE full service. Please update this ASAP
Does not work at all, customers waiting for over hour before we even get notified of the call
Horrible , 90% of the time the pages won't even show , roadside has to call me asking why i didn't aknolowdege the page , yea i didn't cus i never got it
Horrible app. I very seldom get the alerts. When I do, I open the app too acknowledge the page and guess what, the 40s time frame they give us to acknowledge the page, the page will expire before swiping accept, because the app crashes everytime I open it. I've been with Mercedes for 10 years and this is in no way following the Mercedes moto to Delight. Makes us look like idiots as a whole and it makes me look irresponsible too management due too missed call. Worst part is, our poor customers then wait 2 hours because the call center sublets the calls to third parties at times. It's a very poor app too say the least. I'm very embarrassed I'm a part of this at times as we are not upholding Mercedes Benz status customers come to expect from the brand and it's attached image.
To many bugs... It's been 3 days and Roadside has to call me and manually do everything because the alerts aren't coming in
As a Mercedes Technician.. I'm embarrassed that MB can't produce a better product. Time after time the app doesn't receive jobs like it should.. It's 2017. Let's make this thing work!
This application has alot of bugs and glitches. Queue times are very long and at times, require a restart of the application or the entire phone. When the app does work, its ok. But when the app malfunctions, its a disaster... missed jobs, long queues, frozen scenes, sporadic shut-downs. Makes providing assistance to clients in need difficult and frustrating at times. Having used this app since its release, I cannot say I would recommend this particular app again for MB Roadside. Almost seems like a downgrade from the app years ago. I will say the app does provide some go information attached with each, and its convenient having a jobs history.
