MB WAY

I am trying to login in my new phone and couldn't do it Is telling that it will automatically fill the code but I am getting the code but the application is unable to copy the code automatically new version is terrible to use last version the was very easy to use.

It has quickly become one of my must-have apps. Can use almost everywhere, and can be a safer alternative to online payments.

I'm not being able to type the code that I received on my phone to activate MBWAY with my number. Please try to fix this bug as it huge inconvenient.

Since the last update the UI became terrible. Very counter intuitive and with a lot of bugs. Screens shouldn't take more than 1 sec to even load. Not to mention the number of errors when we change screens. Also to see the virtual cards became more confusing since I canceled some cards and they just stay there. I can't say which cards are active and what are not. Did I said already that the filters taken too much to load? Sometimes a UI change is the worst thing that someone can do.

The previous version was intuitive and easy to use, something that this last version changed for the worst. To consult created cards is more tiresome and if the card was cancelled/expired why not filtered them to not show them by default? I used alot MB Way because it was really easy to use but after this update I think that will change. Hope you improve the app but keeping it intuitive as the original. The app has a lot of potential, don't break that.

Great app but English is highly necessary. We are in the EU. English is a must.

When it works it's wonderful. Unfortunately it's unpredictable. So you ALWAYS HAVE TO CARRY A DEBIT CARD.

Easy to use, no costs associated from them. Some banks do apply fees though. Very convenient and safe during pandemic. The only thing I didn't like is the pointless challenge: badly explains how to win impossible prizes, or get useless treatmens. It however is superficial to the good this app brings along. It should be available in the whole EU!

App crashes when I try to pay on TPA. Already reinstalled and problem persists.

I can't log.in in my account. 1 tried 50x to enter and waiting for the code but i never recieve anything. Im disappointed

Truly valuable app. Allows quick and free money transfers, money requests, and payments on many places (also withdrawals from cash machines), without the need of carying your physical bank card. Clean, smooth and intuitive UI. Easy to use. Only downside (but not a problem of this app) is that some banks are now charging their clients for this app's free services.

It doesn't work properly anymore. It has a lot of bugs now.

Very useful but the last UI is awful and less intuitive. Also the user needs to do more actions to complete the same task compared to the previous UI. After several comments saying the new UI is ugly please put back the previous UI. Please do not answer back with the same text as previous comments and explain why this layout changes and if it's planned to improve it.

my bank insisted I use this to authorize payment online.it does not work.i had to use an ATM to set up my pin as it didn't work in the app.i tried to send a message to the helpline, that doesn't work either.it does nothing! this app just does not work! that's resolved now by reinstalling the app.But I've had to do that without getting an auto update,and doesn't alter the fact that the app has been very problematic.it now seems to work, but not without a struggle! so, still only 3 stars

I've been using MBWay for years now, it's the best app in Portugal for Mobile Payments. Replaces Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, etc. Super easy to use and you can activate it in any Portuguese ATM with any Portuguese bank card. The only thing that ruins the experience is that banks sometimes charge a fee... Just avoid the banks that do.

It's a great application, really useful and helpful. However, it's too slow: slow while opening the app or opening any menu of the app, slow communicating/authorizing the payments. Paying by card seems faster. Nevertheless, great digital experience.

Can't even open the app. It crashes constantly. Previous versions were ok, there were some errors but the app was usable. This version is absolutely unusable. Which is unfortunate because the service is an excellent idea.

The idea is good. However the app is not stable. In 40% of the attempts to use it it does not work at all. Without any message. The performance varies between fast and very very slow, almost unworkable slow. So three stars for the idea. But that's all.

The update slowed the app way down. It's not intuitive to find the menus and the vintage look doesn't apply to the app. Besides that, I can't find MB Net cards before March. I need to cancel one card and I can't find it.

Great Functionality, but after the latest update, I just don't like the new initial page design. It looks old and outdated. Furthermore, how do I see the cards that I have generated with MB WAY? Looks like that option isn't accessible after the latest update.

Horrible horrible app. It is simply impossible to activate as they won't sent me the verification code. I tried like hundred times, two different phone numbers, even uninstalled and installed again the app, went to my bank to ask assistance there and yet without success! They force me to use this app and are not even able to make it work! Idiots who programmed this app.

A lesson on how to destroy a great app. The old UI was great and intuitive, now its ugly, confusing and slower. Every menu seems to have a useless tutorial and everything is counterintuitive and buried under some menu. Bring back the old UI!

Suddently I get I black screen and it doesn't unlock from that initial state, tried to clear all data/ cache, re-install the app verified if my phone was outdated, nothing, simply a black screen which I cannot use the app. Sarcasticly speaking it is "perfect" Any advice ?

Worst UI ever. Last update completely broke the UI. It is sluggish and not intuitive at all. Information is now under the least expected sub menus. Responsiveness is so terrible that you often think the app crashed.

This last update was rather bad... Can no longer view non canceled MB net cards in the push of a button. Now we have to go to activities (wait for load) > MB Net (wait for load) > and then we see all cards (canceled cards included, with no option to remove them with the filter). Who thought this was a good design change? This is not user friendly at all.. please give us the old "view MB Net cards" button back. And I don't need a "please go to mbway.pt" response, just fix this, thank you

They screwed the App with the latest update. The goddamn UI is dreadful. It's confusing and literally hides the most important features that should have been in the main menu from the get-go.
