Good app, only thing, that needs improvement is the displaying of the payments - when I have 2 cards (credit and debit card) and I look at recent transactions, I can not see which were made by credit and which were made by debit card (I have to manually use filter every time). I would prefer one of following solutions: 1) different color for payments with credit card and with debit card (also applied to payments from account) 2) on main page display only payments made by same card as displayed
The app seems to be pretty limited compared to the desktop version. Although it is possible to change the language setting to English, most of the script and literature in the App are in Slovak. That is definitely something which needs improvement, and changed ASAP.
I really like this bank. It does not charge any unnecessary fees unlike other banks.
I love this app from the begining. Design and usability just fits my needs. I like quick overview screens and expenses comparisson over last months. What I would appreciate is selection of accounts that are included in overview and expenses comparison. I.e. if I have my account plus account of my wife I would like to be able to see expenses for both accounts together but also each of them separatelly.
Very good looking and secure app. Perhaps, just some menus might have been organised a little intuitive, cause the present ones forces you to "dig and seek" after some options. Perhaps using a few a roll down menus could be a little convenient to see the options on hand.
The app is very messy. Never can find anything i am looking for. I was used to have 3 different bank account apps before in the UK. Moved to Slovakia and made account in MBank. I have good experience with bank and services but there is some serious user experience to be done on this app. Not intuitive at ALL. Please do something about this. Thanks!
The app has good functionality and user friendly interface. Visualization is pretty good as well. If they add English language inside the payment forms would be amazing. Overall I am quite satisfied.
For basic functionality is good, but I missing some features from desktop version (detailed preview of expenses and investments). For that, you still need to use browser version.
Still lacks some functionality of the browser internet banking (note: desktop version must be used, not sure why the mobile browser banking is so much dumbed down), but the most common features are right at your fingertips in a sleek design.

Simple and easy to use, but language settings are not working, when my phone is set to English, then setting the app to Slovak in the menu does nothing.
It works well, but compared to competition it's not the same level of UI/UX.
Had to reset my phone, now lost access to my money. Trying to reset my password, called help center (wasted time). Not getting any authorisation message, etc. So no access to my own money. Once I get access I will open account else.
Interface is not easy. Hard to save payments regular one and this one from time to time. I have to put every time account number...
Good ap. I didn't have any problems with it so far. Qr scan pay works fine, app is responsive and all outages are notified beforehand.
Each time I connect to my account, I am automatically changed to "mobile authorization" instead of "SMS code" without being asked if I want it or not. Then I cannot switch back to "SMS code" in the app, I have to go to the website for it
Fine, but chaos in language settings, mixing different languages in app. Slovak / English / Polish. Testing process should be improved.
Good app but on the new phone Xiaomi Note 8 I am not able to log in and authorize because when a robot call me and I press security code, it just tells me I did not write down any number. Not helpful via browser because same call occurs again.
Best mobile banking easy to use, reliable, beautiful and very clean UI. Good overview about transactions. Multilevel security.
I tried to activate my account on the app, which is asking for a 4-digit code but in the voice message there were only 3 digits given. So I could not activate it at all.
The call to 1st time login into the app is just a silent 20 second call. Nothing happens even when I write the 3 digit number I got in the message before the call. Cant use the app.
App is slowly but constantly improving, that's nice. I would like to see calendar of future payments. All other things I need are already there. Thx
Can't send more than 5O€ per transaction, even whey my limits are set up sky high (3000 and more) I have to use Chrome browser all the time.. otherwise security is excellent
very nice from my onion, i use 2 more bank apps and this one i see the most intuitive, features are just responding to most common usage, i then the app is the closest to answer nowadays needs toward digitization
the app keeps crashing when trying to show my card details. it is also useful to have account and debit card in second bank as mbank payment site is often not responding on some retail shops website (e.g. alza)
Yes, you can change the PIN within the app, but you didnt mention important fact, though. It costs ludicrous 3.50EUR per every single change
not very user friendly. have used other bank apps and they are way more intuitive.
Very improved from last updates... I like interface of app easy to use and it works well... A modern look

One of the better bank apps in Slovakia. Almost all functions are there, very little need to ever use normal Internet Banking. User interface has some glitches - sometimes Slovak text appears in English version, organization of products is confusing, transaction history works differently on deposits and loans, etc.
