It has problem with not detecting my internet even though I have 4G connection. it has been going on for a while. Also, should do away with booking fees. If people are going to skip, another additional fees won't hold them back. fix the connection error for a higher star rating.

Please fix the bug. So many times I purchased the ticket and the purchase records of the code was not shown. It was shown at first after purchase but once I closed the app, then open again the purchase records is not there. Luckily I always screenshot the final records immediately after purchase.

App is quite poor.. I do prefer mbo over other movie platform. The problem with the app is that i cant do any purchases. I had to go into my pc to purchase a ticket. Adding on, im only able to viee my points not even my purchases nor past purchases. Qr code doesnt even pop up in the app. I had to print it as a proof of purchase. Please do solve this problem as soon as possible.

This apps seems not connected to its website. I tried to buy tickets in the app, but no ewallet payment option available, so I bought in website. It sent emails quoting the reference number and mentioned can just scan QR code from app profile page to enter the hall. However, the booking history were not updated in the app and when I scanned QR code, MBO system showed invalid entry. What a disappointing experience!

I have been trying to log in since December 2019 but it keep saying that the app was unable to contact the cinema. What am i suppose to do with that info then? I have made complaint through email and they quick to respond that the apps are currently having trouble (IT problem probably) and they apologize for the trouble. Now after 1 month i still cannot log in even after password changes have been made through their link. Please fix it ASAP. Otherwise my 1 star rate is permanent.

It works fine. The checkout to payment page can be a bit buggy if you switch to different app and switch page. It wouldn't proceed to payment page (credit card info or online banking). But just had to close and reopen the app.

No booking confirmation after successful payment. Where the hell is my ticket? No qr code given or whatsoever. When using the app, it keeps loading when i click on upcoming purchases. When using the web, i click on my profile but it is not accessible. Totally disappointed. I will run amok at the counter. Just you wait. Bloody hell. Wasting my time.

please improve on your app.. It has caused a lot of inconvenience. Can't even sign in, even if not signed in can't even load movie times. And previously experience when i already bought a ticket with the QR code in my acc, the app could be signed in when i was trying to enter the cinema. Caused to have us go to the counter to get a print out. If i had not have my mbo card with me was not sure if they would have able to verify my purchase or not

the most worst app. always will buffering even use Wi-Fi or data 4G. after few minutes will hang. if you try the whole day also same. but mail to MBO they said its because of peek time. but everyday and every time are same. don't download it and waste your time. just go GSC more faster and easier.

i have made a booking after payment has been done, it went into blank pages and nothing is happen. After that email notifications said ipay88 transaction successful but i do not receive any booking confirmation. Called to customer service, as usual nobody pick up, so i have no choice to Emailed customer service and ridiculously 10mins before that movie start, they only told me the booking numbers. Totally unacceptable purchase experience. Worst customer service.

App was good. a few updates back and it stays on the payment page. Nothing happens. tried clearing cache, reinstall and such. One of most helpful apps i had, but now its useless. Developers kindly look into this issue.

need to update frequently. since basket/shopping cart need further improvement. unable to delete item in basket if error/mistake happen while booking. No selection to redeem points into movie tickets, have to go to the counter to redeem points. Please improve the apps.

Bought a ticket and paid using Maybank2u. After my money was deducted, the fpx page loading for 10 minutes then crashed. After I reopened the apps and tried searching my booking, none found. I tried to leave a feedback using the apps but I can't even click submit. Please, fix.

I couldn't sign in, had to reinstalled a few times and when i was about to buy tickets the app crashed also a few times. Reading all these dissatisfied reviews make me think it is really a waste of time using this app. Useless.

I don't like this app at all. Doesn't update from pc to mobile. TGV and GSC is so much more seamless. You've been in the market long enough to establish yourself but you're not up to date. I made a transaction and not a single confirmation on the booking, no ticket info, no receipt. Nothing. What is going on?! I am worried that I pay and then I go there and they'll say ooops error silap bla3 no seats for you...and I lose my money, leaving me with sour note. Bad service. Please improve. Thanks

Latest version - can't purchase tickets. When bought online, the successful purchase doesn't show up in app. List if upcoming and past purchases not updated. But please fix the most important feature - purchasing tickets.

Very convenient app to purchase ticket. However have some glitch with payment window one in a blue moon. Not very convenient sinve they don't state contact number to call if this happen.

Used to feature upcoming shows specifically according to screen type available at preferred cinema. Now is just showing all possible variations of movie available. Just tweak the default filters some more please...

I bought a ticket for a show today and at first I got a error message saying my Payment was Cancelled. But then I got a confirmation email from the Payment Gateway confirming the success of my purchase. I checked back on the app, and the ticket purchase is classified as Pending and it wouldnt let me try to pay again. A few hours later, I checked back on the app and my purchase has appeared as Confirmed and I can see the QR code. Later it logged me out and I can't log back in now.

Very dissapoint with this app. Last time,my first purchase not been updated and I tried to do another purchase.Ended up with double purchase with ticket i did not need. Today, I bought a ticket, credit card charge succesful,but until now after 4 hours, i still not receive any update with the tickets & the show will starts in 30minutes. Guess this app just want to take my money but not giving the ticket.

Trying using the apps to purchase movie ticket after experience the website super slow loading. Unfortunately apps design is a disasater. Information flow and info pass down is not user friendly. Wasting a lot of time to browse and purchase movie ticket. Gave up and end up went to GSC.

Could have been better. Bought tickets off the Web only to discover I have to queue twice to redeem tickets and then my popcorn. Wish there was a priority lane. The whole idea of a website is so I could beat the queue. Even with the app I had no priority access. Please rethink customer journey. Have at least a priority lane.

Last sat,I bought tickets from MBO apps, it was failed in first payment, therefore I tried once again,it still failed but reduce money from my back acc. Please, do refund the money back and hope y'guys can improve the apps, becuz there's kinda much bugs in the apps and I already screen shoot.

It's need more improvement, I can't pay either. With tons of problem in the comments area, you should improve more as going online just to make it easier for loyal customer. I will look forward for your apps development, really need to consider. That's all, uninstall for now.

App works perfectly fine before but now I cant access my profile through my phone. Im not able to sign in as usual and it keeps on asking me to check my internet connection eventhough its working fine. Kindly fix this asap and ill give a better rating next time.
