Bad network, the app is not always available for the use network is given us hard time to be able to access and do services whenever we need to, and thats a problem.. Other Than that its very good
The app is still bugged. It crashes every single time then opens which is weird. Also diesnt open for several continuous hours and tries.
Love it..but.. recently became too slow.. can't open immediately.. unlike in the past. Also.. today I tried to open the App several times.. however, it stops suddenly, can't open.. closed immediately once I click the botton.. would you please help?
The application is very bad and does not work only a white screen, please when you update an application that is better than the previous one and not worse, and we are talking about a bank and not a game or a photo application
This app has come a long way with many improvements in every update. Hopefully in the future we can get an update to the Electricity buying option with details of the purchase before confirming which will help the customer having options before confirming the purchase.
A lot of problems are faced, and many outages are always suffered. Frequently fails you when critically needed and puts you in very awkward situations. Major reforms are required to make it more reliable and workable all the time.
Great app and it's very easy to get used to, I hope that Fingerprint login will be added in the next version.

Process time very long, customer services not good at all, as one waits very long time to be answered for inquiries.
I guess the App is great but the App needs two extensions and we hope that you work on 'em sooner or later, cuz one of these extensions is very very important. the extensions are :-- 1- the details of delivered transactions ( تفاصيل المعاملات المستلمة ) it's very impt to recognize who sent ya, right ?🤔 so, let's suppose that someone sent u money wrong, how do u know who he is and how to give 'em back to the sender. 2- drag the credit from SMS to Bonkak (to upload SMS's credit to ur account).

The application is very poor and often cannot be opened, the problem is that it does not depend on this problem only, in recent times, sums have been transferred to me to my mobile account and the transfer notification is sent to me and I do not receive it in my account, I do not know where to go!!!!!! !!! Very valuable app but it has a lot of issues that must be resolved
I recently updated the app with a nice looking UI, however when I did my first transaction I couldn't share the notification on Whatsapp the app tells me that attachment has an unsupported format! I had to send the notifications by screenshots, that's frustrating! And by the way many people are complaining about the same! So I don't recommend installing version 4.38

A week ago i tried to login to my account, it was so slow untill, after trying to login several times the aap got blocked, and since then I'm trying to call the call center hundreds of times to re-activate it, all the time all the lines are busy, only two time's the machine have answered and put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and no respond!! I feel very bad about this experience with your bank 😖😖😖
It works on phones but not on tablet , please make it working on android tablets
Thank you for this App, it's very useful, but it has a lot of survices not provided. In addition it is very slow in the processes. The important point for me your are not answering the calls through your emergency number when we have urgent problems related to the App. And even your response in social media very delayed. And when we go to any BOK branch to solve our issues, they saying that they have no authority for this Application. I hope to consider this issues. Thank you.
Th software is great and solid I really like it, but I rate it with 2 🌟 due to the activation steps on the smart phones, why it is must to call to change the smart phone the costumer use if we are talking about security and safety there is a different ways of security and protection and it can be computerised, such as OTP, also it is very hard to reach you call center, so if the costumer has any issue with his smart phone he will struggle to activate the App an his new phone.
slow, inconvenient, incomplete, bad in general, never worked as intended, stupid developers, bad customer service. bad environment and bad experience in general its 2022 not 2002, one question why every time I need to download icons every time like why it's overwhelming slow experience just make it first time only there is a lot of fixing needed and no excuse for the bad experience as the First Banking app Bugs and Old UI yah
