Found it difficult to view when a bus was actually coming. Couldn't setup favorite. Way to difficult for what should be a simple app.
This app previously worked great, but now cannot show any buses. Instead, it says for all "bus not running".
this app was great while it lasted but now it doesn't recognize bus stops as existing
Just you are interesting in marketing ..but dont give any clear directios and dont show maps of route of. buses

I like the feature of adding favorite stop , save me ton of time . Application is simple and intuitive UI that I can use in rush hours :) Definitely will recommends others .

Looked up my stop, it showed up on the list but when I clicked, said there's no such stop. Instant uninstall
This is the best bus app that I've used by far. Very accurate and the busses show up when the site says it will.
I use this every day on my commute. Most reliable bus app I've found.
How is it that after so called "improvements" the app is worse? It's not even close to being accurate any more.
Love this app i always seem to miss the bus till i got this app now i never miss it usually there as it pulls up
Great app use it every day but sometimes it's slow and also the refresh button is way too small.
Some stops have schedules for busses going in the wrong direction. Otherwise works well.
MBTA needs to make an official app that works.

Cannot find route
The 441/442 bus is missing. It list 441 and 442 but not 441/442.

But I can't find the Silver Line. I know the MBTA in the past hasn't considered the Silver Line a bus. Even though it is a bus. The promise of replacing the Orange line up Washington Street over the years has resulted in nothing. So now the City/MBTA say a double long bus with a dedicated lane (but not separated lane, so anyone can park in the "dedicated" lane) is just as good - as long as they don't call it a bus. Even though it is a bus. So if the MBTA is not streaming the data for the Silver Line as a bus, I can see why this app wouldn't have it. But the description for the app should say "doesn't include Silver Line". I tried emailing the developer and it bounced. So that link needs to be updated also.
App has stopped working. Says "that bus is not running right now" for every bus/route. Contact e-mail for app is also not working. Was great while it lasted.
