For a while when I first used this app it was great. I could use it to get notifications on my train and manage my targetted trains. Around the time that the schedules changed this app became useless. It ALWAYS crashes now!!! I foolishly kept trying it, reporting the crashes, stopping the app and reopening it to see if there was something interfering to no avail. The app is utterly useless now which is a shame for a family commuter trying to ensure they are getring home in time!!!
This app it embarrassing. It crashes constantly, regardless of reboots or data clearing. It assumes you use the same train every day and is really annoying about showing you other schedules...you know, when it's not crashing. They went lowest bidder contractor for this app and it really shows.
I really want to like this app, but it won't let me. It's buggy and nearly useless. When it does work it's no more useful than a paper schedule and I've never been able to close it without having to kill the app from settings. As I said, 'buggy' and nearly useless.
This is a fantastic app, if you're hoping to see a blank screen instead of a list of train schedules. But at least the alerts are helpfully cropped inside of a circle, so you can't actually read the text.
I hate to be harsh but this is an official state agency app and should therefore have a minimum level of reliability. The app crashes whenever I tap on Alerts, Map or Status. That's unacceptable for people who depend on this app to get around. Keolis has a lot of work to do on the app and the system in general.
Crashes all the time. Forgets stored trips etc. I have downloaded hundreds of apps over the years and this app is by far the worst app I have ever used. It's embarrassing but what do you expect from Keolis. Worst transportation company around! Also, this app has a link to download MBTA mTicket, an app used to actually purchase tickets, but the link takes you instead to the MBTA website and not to the Play Store to download the app. Jokers.
While I appreciated the purpose of the app, it became useless when it began closing immediately after opening soon after I began using it more often. This continued even after I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, making it useless and just something else eating up my battery.
Forgets the set trips. Everytime you open this app, it asks you to set your trips. If you don't set at least one trip, it wouldn't let see when's the next train arrival time.
Worst app ever. Which aligns with their commuter rail service perfectly. Arrival times are just based on the published schrdule not real time. Manage trips doesnt work.
ever since I accepted the recent upgrade, the app does not work at all. I can't add a trip, see the map, or get alerts.
Will not show the schedule for the line I need. Constantly crashes. When it works its very useful but it hardly ever works.
Hopefully, using larger easier-to-read font for our T commuters & myself to reduce the need to squint (i.e. Reduced holiday Commuter Rail Service & South Station remodeling, respectively). Ditto for rearranging the Commuter rail alerts from most to least recent dates so we can find them more quickly (i.e. Framingham/Worcester).
You can pick a departure station, but that's the only thing that works. No updates in three years. Merci pour rien, Keolis.
This app is not working. All I am able to see is departing from back Bay or just a bunch of numbers. I pay $360/month and have to deal with this? Come on already!
piece of garbage. great idea. worked for about 5 minutes, now wont open for more than 5 secinds without closing.
I tried to pull up any schedule (weekday, weekend, Memorial Day) for travel between North Station and Hamilton / Wenham and it does not show anything. If I change to North Beverly or Ipswich, the schedules show up fine but nothing for Hamilton / Wenham. Why?
great help for a new commuter, only complaint is that it crashes frequently during peak hours
This would be very useful if you got rid of the crashing and immediate closing of the app
It doesn't work most of the time! Useless App!
Does not work at all. Cannot enter destination station. Zero utility.
App keeps crashing when you set alerts. No updates are done for this app
Useless. App shows no schedule or information at all.
Terrible. unstable. janky. force close all the time. totally useless
It doesn't work most of the time. I use real time to find my train but it rarely works.
Live data is not available in this app for Android, but it is for iOS.
App isn't working. Can't put in stations
Update: not broken, just a user interface that wasn't intuitive to me; specifically, that you have to touch to select a particular train for your inbound commute to be able to select the outbound one. Increasing from one to three stars. I still can't figure out how to indicate that I don't take exactly the same train every day.
