Tried to use the app and login the same as I do online and it keeps saying that my username and password are wrong. When I go online with my login and password I access my account just fine. I don't know what's wrong with the app but it doesn't work at all.
Very convenient and useful when your bank is closed are you do not want to make a trip into the bank.
Great way to watch spending. Also to watch for unauthorized purchases! Great app
God forbid you forget your user name - they block everything on the app and makes it pointless to use, even when you remember your login info.

I use to update my check book
I changed a year ago because they have online banking and longer hours than my old credit union. HUGE mistake. When I call the local phone number I get someone at a branch 30 miles away. The website stinks and is hard to navigate and I'm an IT person. And now I get a bunch of junk mail with their name on it wanting to sell me insurance. I'm going back to my old cr u asap.
I LOVE the app! It's so easy to navigate and the mobile deposit and snap pay make life easy when you can't make it to a branch. The PIN login is convenient to log in fast!

Amazing, makes banking so much easier right from the comfort of home! Only thing I wish I could do is set up transactions to different accounts but still a very awesome app to have if you bank with Midwest!
