This app is pathetic, not at all user friendly. What is the meaning of putting up pre formed security questions which I have not answered in the first place. There should have been more than one way to reset MPIN/TPIN. It's so frustrating, very few to no options in changing or editing information/details. And their customer care services is non existent. Time given to complete any procedure is within 2-3 mins, which is NOT sufficient with the present state of networking services.

This app is just for the name's sake. It does nothing, this is my experience not simply saying. Installing this app is really useless. In addition, we can't see this app linked with any of the mabile banking/ transactions. Why you rated for one star? I wish I knew it; to enable you to post, alright?

Useless app. I cannot register. They said to visit homebranch. While in point 1 of FAQ its written no need to visit branch, you can create MPIN or TPIN. No such option can be accessed at all. Please update the app to suit the ongoing pandemic situation. Right now this app does not deserve even one star.

Since I have installed I have not been able to do any transaction . I can only check my balance. Whenever I try to recharge phone or transfer fund it gives "Account not found " error. Developers please rectify the bug

User friendly app... could have add more features/service though such as RD/FD account OPENING, Google Pay option, problems also arise while transferring fund By IMPS from other bank because of IFSC (unless you know how to do it) it will not work. Nevertheless great job keep going MCAB 👍👍.

This app is useless.... You can only check balance...in Other Banks app we can open RD and FD online....but not on this app... If only you can add that feature as well.... This will be more convenient for all bank account holders... Who doesn't have time to visit the bank.... Simply this app need to be upgraded

Hopeless mobile banking app ever seen...can't even register...in its FAQ and the BM of the branch says no need to visit branch to register the mobile number and the same can be done by self in the app...but the app doesn't accept...pathetic

Useless apps, always late to send OTP, OTP are receive till time is out, and I cannot transfer money during this time 04:00pm till next day 10:30am. During holiday also this apps is useless

Can't register online, ask us to visit the bank, then what the point of creating this apps, no benifit at all..., Unlike other bank no need to visit the bank branch while registering online... But I'm surprised that it still got more 5* rating,

Cannot link to google pay or other UPI apps, should have options to open and close FD, RD using this app rather than visiting the branch and filling paper work.

Request time out most of the time. Can't do any money transfer or recharge at night time. It's very inconvenient

Very good app , it safe a lot of time instead of going to the bank we can do transactions from home . Worth installing it .

I would've rated 5 stars if this bank could link with Google Pay or Airtel App or other online payment system but you won't be able to find it (MCAB). Developers of this App kindly note that this bank should be made available on other online banking platforms.

Very bad app,most of the time money gets stuck while doing online transfer

This App is good but compare to Other bank App this is little backward but it's good enought for me. great and thank you MCAB.

What is the use of this app? If I can't register online and directed to visit home branch . May I request you the developer to kindly upgrade this application.

Useless app. You wont be able to register. It will show Error Unauthorized access Visit branch for activation. Use less dont download this fraud app. I rated1 star so that my review will be valid otherwise I wont be able to write it.

What the heck is wrong with this app ??? Cant open asked to update when there is no update available at all......

No more mobile recharge.. No more other useful facilities.. I cant even transfer my money to SBI

Very poor performance.MCAB bank cannot be found on UPI..IMPS transfer doesn't support with this bank.Cannot check CIF.

Can't even register using my account. Please update the app to meet our requirements.

Can't event enter my all a/c no it reached the limit before completed. I don't know why?

Very useful app ..good initiative taken by the bank.

App always show error asking me to visit Branch where as Bank is closed due to lockdown.

I can't register it says please visit your branch to activate your mobile banking but in the description it say you don't need to go to your nearest branch
