McAfee business and enterprise customers can use this app to get real-time status updates to their Service Requests as they are updated by our Support staff.
You can also use this app to provide quick updates to your open Service Requests, allowing McAfee Technical Support Engineers to focus on troubleshooting and resolving your issues without delays.
McAfee Customers can login to this app using the same login credentials they use with the McAfee ServicePortal.
Currently compatible with the following versions of Android: 7, 8, and 9
This app supports English only and has not yet been localized to support any other languages.
To register yourself or to create new Service Requests, please use the ServicePortal. Your McAfee grant number is required during registration.
If you don’t remember your password for the ServicePortal, please use the “Forgot Password” link.

After pulling down the latest version and playing around a bit I found this application has all of the features I need to manage SRs. Thank you for reaching out to me with your assistance so quickly. This makes easy work of keeping on top of things 24x7.
Works well for a first version, but could use some improvements. How about creating an SR through the app, or being able to see tickets created by my coworkers (that I can see in the portal).
pretty useful for quickly checking tickets on the go, but having to type the username and password everytime it's a pain, would be great if I can just auth with my fingerprint or somerthing.
Application is very helpful, but every time we need to enter User name and password to check the SR status. Please add save Usernames/Passwords option.
After some initial problems, I have found that the latest version has been updated and the issues that I had earlier have been resolved.

The app doesn't help
all mob apps offer the option to save the login credentials. I can't find it.. I access the cases several times per hour and it is not acceptable to re enter long email and password every time on a mob keyboard.
