I am a current employee of McAlister's and I thought that it would be helpful to review this to give a little insight. If the app doesn't work/load correctly as long as you are all ready signed up the app doesn't need to be used at all. You can just tell us the phone number associated with the account to earn your visit. Your receipts will also show you how many visits you have earned so far, many don't notice this. If you have issues signing up with the app you can also sign up on our website. Take care!
I am currently an employee at McAlister, if the app doesn't load quickly for you or is not work because your data isn't on or something, we are able to look it up with your phone number. That is sometimes easier if you do not like to get out your phone every time. Do not panic if your app won't load properly of you do not have internet connection nor your data is working quickly. We can look up by phone your phone number, so please do not worry.
So now instead of every 10 tea visits you get a free one, it's 25 tea visits before you get a free one that's a little steep. This was the only place i buy my tea from. I don't really eat here because of you portion sizes, i had gastric sleeve surgery so if i buy a potato or soup i have enough for 6 days because i can only easy 3oz at a time but by the time youeat it a3rd time it no longer tastes the same as the first time. So it's not worth it to buy food but i loved your tea program even though it takes
App doesn't work at all and when I mentioned the app at the store they acted like they had no idea there was even an app. Even though the deli club brochure was on the counter.
Crashes about 30 seconds after opening. Don't have this problem in iPhone just Android.
I have reinstalled this app 4 times and it stays on the tea screen. Very disappointing.
Never went past three beverage I love eating here but app is awful.
About half the time it just freezes on the loading page that shows the drinks. So I up having to give my number to the cashier which negates the need for this app.
Horrendous app. So buggy then when you email tips or issues you get ignored FIVE TIMES

Just got a picture of tea when i tried to open it, not worth trying to figure it out for the crappy rewards program
This app is the worst one I've seen in a long time, hate it with a passion!
I'm not sure what went wrong but it won't let me log in. I don't usually have any problems. Uninstalling. Not worth the hassle.
Not sure what is going on, but this app just stays on the pic of three different beverages...pretty worthless if I can't see anything
Ugg it's not loading or showing rewards. I am not to happy with it. Please fix

This app and rewards program have ended. Please take it off the store.
I'm like most other people, pic of 3 beverages and then doesn't go anywhere. Disappointing because we enjoy McAlister' s but would like to enjoy the app too.
I open the app. It says, "Scan Now." The screen rotates and nothing changes. Bar code never shows up. The punch cards were better.
All I see is a pic of teas nothing else ever happened. I even had a manager help me while I was there and she didn't know whay else to do either.
Unable to change my password and I I've tried everything nothing works.
Wont load, stays on three teas screen.
Tried to comment on site.....couldn't...kept on asking for a valid email. ....hell I know my email...a bunch of idiots running the site
Downloaded TWICE; never went past tea screen.
App freezes up when i try to open it
Won't open! Not sure why but now the app wont open at all. Uninstalled it snd reinstalled it. If you're no longer supporting it, just delete it. Says there hasn't been an update since 2015?!?!
Loads and shows some glasses of tea. Then..........nothing. nothing at all happens. A zero star app.
It will always work to redeem free tea rewards, but never works for the $5 off reward. Luckily the employees know me well and take off the $5 manually for me. It is just a pain when it is a new person and I have to explain the situation, especially when other people are waiting behind me to order.
