I have been using this app from a year was working fine. But recently they updated something and started giving me error invalid card when I tried to do any transaction. Called customer service they advised to delete and reinstall. Since then I am not able to login. Registered compliant but I don't think it will be resolved. THIS IS MCB for you.
Every time i try to use this app, its shows invalid account Unsuccessful. and every time i call the customer service agents they repeat the same that the system is getting upgraded and even they don't exactly know how much time will it take. So yeah this is a GREAT APP everyone should use it even they don't have an account in MCB.
Have been using this app for the past many years. Unable to login since last week with error message. I am told by the helpline that there is some compatibility issue with Android version 10 and no timeline can be given when this will be fixed. Quite annoying if one is used to mobile banking and suddenly it becomes unavailable for an indefinite period. MCB pls fix it at your earliest.
A worst mobile banking app ever. Full of bugs. Upon entering the login information, it sends sms that you have logged in but actually it FAILS to login. And needs me to try again and again to log in. Even if I manage to login, in app operations are annoyingly unstable. Like deleting a beneficiary crashes the app. Or transaction fails for no reason. Btw my internet connection is lightening fast. I have stopped using this bank account even just because of this application. Sadly!
You have the absolute WORST mobile banking app I've ever experienced! Forget the 90s UI, the app barely works! You get login successful texts but the app won't open or keeps crashing. More than half the time, "service not currently available." keeps popping up. Y'all really should be ashamed at the level of digital service you're offering your customers.
Worst app I've ever used. It seems like a third class developer created the UI(user interface) design. Not really attractive. Very limited features. Most of the time transactions decline while paying bills or transferring funds. Unlike other app, no option available for mobile load.
App is great, everything works fine except this one bug that is has since its inception. You cannot buy top uos to your mobile number if it is converted to another network. The app won't send credit it the starting digits don't match the network selected. Please make this irritating issue go away. Thanks
I cannot register for this app. I am MCB customer for like 5 years. I called helpline to activate it for several times. First they said something wrong with my phone number. After quite a few times they opened up that it's a technical issue from their end. If you cannot register a user atleast mention it on your website or something.
I've both MCB Mobile app and UBL Digital app. UBL Digital app is perfect. Easy to use. MCB Mobile app is totally headache. Very difficult to use. Even I try again and again to check my balance. I'm fed up and now deleting it from my phone. Doesn't deserve a single Star. Totally rubbish.
I am using this application from last 2 years, there theme is like old version of windows 98, OPT verification again and again, no finger print login facility, sometimes app stops working for no reason, very slow, please upgrade it like meezan bank app which i am also using from last few years.. Do something new, world is changing and your team is working like 1990 black and white picture😒
Really loved the new version. A lot of necessary features are added, its more convenient now especially the look, extended mini statement and managing of beneficiary is amazing. At last appreciative step by the developer. Edit: After Recent update Have to click submit every time while entering PIN or OTP. And Can't Automatically detect OTP.
Before updation of the app it was better but after I can't login to my account. Every time I tried it shows service is currently not available while I received text that you have successfully logged in to your account. Very bad experience after updation. In addition please add transaction option to easy paisa account.
I would request you to just go through apps of other banks just to get an idea that how the app really is for, this app features are still lingering in the past, it's like opening an app in 2010, please enhance its features, even otp message is lost on the way many times, you don't have otp so you can't login. Worst.
The app does not work on Android 10. I'm already registered but after getting Android 10, I'm asked to register and when I enter my number, it gives me "invalid or missing parameter" errors. If I log in from a browser, it works fine, so it's definitely the app that's at fault. Email sent to developer but no respond from developer. Even called MCB helpline but useless
A pathetic app on which you can never trust. At least whenever I tried to use it, it gave error on a number of times and disappointed me regularly. Also the complaint management system of MCB is extremely poor. Once you complain, it vanishes away and you keep receiving messages that your complaint is in consideration etc. After 2, 3 months it is closed by giving you instructions that reinstall the application or contact MCB representative who cannot do anything in actual to support you!
I have worst experience with this app. App runs only for a few days after that I have never been able to login. No OTP sent by bank after entering registered mobile number. Contacted help line. They asked to delete app and install new version. All done but all in vain. Please grow up and change the developer or fix the problem.
Most pathetic app in banking sector. This app is just like there services. I am compelled to use this app due to my office, otherwise I never ever install this trash. 1.It never open the input keypad for pin entry. 2. A lot of bugs in app. 3. Not user friendly. 4.otp at every step. 5. 1980s graphics. 6. Not responding quickly
The mobile app and the MCB internet banking have been bad forever but the most recent update yesterday came with a surprisingly new modern and clean look and much better functionality than the previous one. At long last there is decent app and much needed as we too were thinking of moving account elsewhere due to the poor online experience. I hope they revamp the website too which is a total mess.
The updated version is not as user friendly as previous one. I have been trying to delete some beneficiary from my list but it says something went wrong. I report the issue on app and also called helpline. they register complaint weeks ago but I'm still facing the same issue.
Now its getting a bit better.. Old review. Mcb just doesn't get it, Old App was difficult to work with, but it worked, despite forgetting Quick Pay contacts, which appear in MCB Lite btw. This new App is hopeless, doesnt work at all, huge delays.. they need to hire real.software engineers to get it working.. Nice font is not enough. We need a working app, Learn something from other banking apps.
After the last update the app is misbehaving alot . Everytime i have to use application , i have to reinstall it because it's automatically turns back to old version and when i try to login the app shows error that you are missing parameters . Kindly fix this bug and error Thanks!
Very very bad experience with mcb mobile banking app. After getting my new atm debit card whenever I try to do anything within this app it shows message "Incorrect card no entered" . I submitted complain regarding this issue many times through phone banking support and email too but unfortunately I could not get the solution. According to their phone banking experts its all due to new atm debit cards which they had given to all customers free of cost. But unfortunately they did not updated these
After installing new version I am facing a continuous problem. After installation it works ok, but when I again try to use it on next day, it appears with old version look and give invalid account message. I have to re install it on every day . Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Very basic and almost useless. Non friendly user interface. Need to add opt all the time along with atm pin. Kindly learn from other banks. Their apps are way better than yours with multiple facilities and finger print recognition.
I have never seen a more pathetic mobile app than this one in my entire life. I wish I could give it minus stars. Never logs in missing parameters error - doesnt tell you what exactly is wrong and if it logs in like once in a few months the functionality is limited, the UI is awful as if someone has built it in 2000 and then left it without any update. Their online version is also very old styled unfriendly from the 1990s.
