Nice app, works fine. Minor issue that each time you open it a message shows about earlier session. That's weird because I always close it down and logout for security reasons Update I'm getting annoyed with Mcb banking. Third time in a row that desktop mobile banking doesn't except my login credentials and now the mobile apps keeps spitting out error messages. Again can't login in. I find it weird this happens each time at night. 3rd time in a row after not using it for a while. Keeps returnin
The previous version allowed me to take screenshots of account balances and transactions. This one doesn't, nor does it allow transactions or statements to be downloaded. So except for allowing a momentary glance into your finances, it's pretty useless to me.
This app was working properly prior to the latest update release. After the update this update is barely useless now. The only thing i could do is log in and thats it nothing else works. Can not transfer funds, buttons don't work anymore reinstalled the app but still with any success to actually using it now.
I don't know why people saying, you can't make transactions and such. Because i always do so national and international. Also when i have to send money to my debit card. Only thing that sometimes happens is, it's like not responsive meaning i can only check my balance but can't do the other things i can normally do. Maybe a bug?
It worked perfectly fine but keeps on closing since a week or so. Removing and installing again does not work. Help!
It's great and fairly easy to use. However, it misses push notifications for when money transfers or payments are received.
This app worked seamlessly until ive updated it to version 2.50 ,then i began having issues login in .i can enter username password and epass but when i try to click on the login barr i doesnt go any futher.please fix this like it was before?thanks in advance.
Excellent, the fingerprint login is extremely useful. Wish i could receive notifications when my account changes... but overall, great app.
Worst app ive ever used, only usable to check your the amount on your account, for transactions and such, useless, i cant even make a transaction witg my own accounts. Doenst look like they even tried, it feels like they have it just as a statement in my opinion.
i would be happy to give a better rating. but i cant seem to copy paste my password(i use a password manager) to login. this should be fixed. its stimulation weak password usage. nobody wants to type over 16-32 random characters
Last update rendered the app and desktop useless. Never heard back from MCB IT despite numerous calls and emails.
I downloaded the latest version of this app about 2 hours ago and it works to full satisfaction; just registered my device for easy access and have arranged for push notifications and alerts.
Good app! Nice layout and easy to use! Love the Fingerprint and Face unlock integration.
Before the latest update, the app used to work perfectly but now after this update i cant access my account - only online with mcb@home. HELP!!
had to uninstall and install again. doesn't want to work no more for me. after i had it for many years installed. after reinstalling still doesn't work .
Can't log in because it forces me to update the app while there is no update available. So it does not serve its purpose at the moment. Please fix asap
The app is not working some buttons just didn't give me any response and even after reinstalling the app it's not allowing me to tap the login button
Their motto should now be. Your friendly thief bank. I do not even recommend nor advice anyone to use this app. For security concerns, And on open/public wifi. Due to the chances of getting hacked. Edit: to your reply, am i a joke to you??? I didn't ask for your help.
in this version I can't download my statement. the older version was a way easy to work with.
Great app! However I miss the notification option of new balance deposit.

I agree that this app is a easy one to use, but one time I can log in and another time I can't. One time the buttons work perfectly and another time they don't. Hope you can fix this for better experience.
