great after using for more than 3 years I'm very impressed!🙂 All the features in this app have worked great. Used the deposit feature and was great once I learned how to take the pics correctly. Have never had a problem.

Great app! Perfect for checking on my balance. I love the 'take a picture of the check' feature. Overall it is very convient except having to log in every time, but I understand this is for security. Maybe using a pin code to enter the app would be easier. Overall, it's a wonderful way to manage money.

App has begun being non responsive and after latest update it crashes during startup. I need this app as i run a business and need to know my balance several times a week, please fix this issue asap

Worked fine for over a year, then suddenly the app will not launch. I've uninstalled, reinstalled several times, verified all permissions have been allowed. Called bank, and support team said it was an issue with my phone. I can now only access my account through browser.

Easy to use and navigate through... Love using Zelle... A quick way to transfer funds from one person to another...

Sometimes the App has difficulty validating credentials, and it happens at the most inconvenient times. Other than this issue. I have no qualms over how the Application functions.

Worked for a long time the ever since a mandatory Google update was installed the app quit working. Goes no further than the logon screen with an "OK" message over and over. Worthless. Support said my samsung AS10E was too old?

I can sign in see my balance. But it won't let me see purchases or checks cleared. It just goes away. I have to sign in 3 or more times for it to load report of purchases.

The staff is super friendly and they are always willing to help. The facilities are clean and they keep everyting very hi tech and up to date. Love my M C Bank!

Love this App its easy to use and very convenient when I need to make a quick transfer or check my balance.

I try to log in to my account but the app won't let me, saying I have internet issues. Problem with that is that my internet is working just fine.

Won't open and keeps shutting down. Been having this issue for a while now.

The app does not work. Much better to just visit their website or local branch if you have business with this bank.

Cannot log in. Tech support's response was to "keep trying and it will eventually work"

Since the required update on this app, I havent been able to type my password so I could log into it.

Good... average I opted to review... and did... now no clear way back to activity or logout.

Life is so much easier. I know that my daughter has what she needs when she's in college. Transferring money to her account within seconds.
