I have been with this credit union for over 25 years put plenty of my money in it. I have applied for a loan got denied several times. I only keep enough money in it to have my direct deposit and to keep it out.
One of the worst banks and banking apps I have dealt with. Bill pay does not work (which is a third party inside a third party, just to pay someone), this bank will not connect with Plaid (no Robinhood or other connected services), and I have been charged for two months for paper billing (which the bank said in person it was a glitch on their end). The app will ask you, up to 5 times is my current record, for your security questions.
Latest update is great. I like the option to logon using FACE ID or Finger Print ID. This is a nicely designed app that is easy to use.
Agreed it could remember username or your input your finger print. Plus, after login it should start on the account screen not the home. I didn't think I was logged in because it put me back at the home screen.
I think since I've downloaded this app, I've only been able to check my balances three times? Every time I go to check into things, the app is down for "maintenance". I'm getting really annoyed. 🙄
So today is the first check I'm getting from my new job and online banking is disabled. Awesome, thanks. What a joke. At least MBTs app worked when I used them....
Love the app easy to use. Love the credit union, staff is very friendly.
Works well, hopefully in the future they will add the ability to sign in with biometrics.

Needs to at least remember the user name, so a password is all that is needed. And needs to open right to the login screen. Settings is not available, dont know whats up with that. Could have made a few changes before they rolled this one out. Website logs in faster because google can remember username and passwords. still no fix. all this could be easily solved. these few flaws makes me not use the app except when i am forced to. also 3 failed password attempts locks you out of internet access.
The whole point of a banking app, for me at least, is to have super fast access to my account by not making me log in and answer security questions every time. This app doesn't even remember my login info, I have to type it all in every time, AND answer a security question. Need to incorporate the option for biometric login, to avoid all this. The website is still better than the app, at least it remembers my login info.
This is the best bank I've ever been to . I know I can trust them with my money. A couple of times I handed them too much money and they always gave it back to me. Trust and security.
