Enjoyed it while it worked. Now, anytime I try to save flight info the app crashes. Did the whole uninstall/install routine but no luck. Filed a maintenance ticket but no reply. I'm guessing since this company has a new app out they're going to let their old customers sink or swim (by buying the new app). Well, I'm not going to buy another app again just so they can drop/ignore me a second time to get me to buy their next newest app. I answered and no solution was offered.
Terrible, Do not waste your money and time on this. I'm using this logbook since 2015, anytime some thing goes wrong and it takes them too long or ever to solve it. I have a problem with Instructor's sign and they don't reply to me after a failed attempt to resolve for one month yet. Due to same problem I lost a new job opportunity. Currently looking for an alternative logbook.
Customer service has always been down. Now it's worse with new product coming out. New computer won't sync after old stopped. Phone app has all data and will export. New computer won't import. 3 weeks with no actual reply. Get log10.
I've been using MCC for over a year now and the app makes it so easy to log flights right after every flight. Very good customizability on what info you want to log. Just waiting for the airline I work for to be added to the airlines interface. It's great, totally worth the money for enterprise edition.
Don't waste your time. I used to recommend mccPL to everyone, but their shady practices keep getting worse. They claim to honor lifetime Enterprise users but want us to pay 3 years of subscription payments for "new software," which appears nothing more than a rebranded version with a few improvements. They claim we can continue to use the previous software for as long as we liked but it would no longer be developed. Okay, fair. No problem. Now they've DISABLED DATA IMPORTING. Stay far away.
Works well! I had a small issue with syncing but tech support were quick to get back to me and even chased up the issue when I didn't get round to replying.
Horrible customer service. The "helpdesk" takes weeks to respond to software issues, and when they do, its a canned response telling me to pay for a new software (Crew Lounge Logbook subscription service). It's been months of me sending emails trying to restore an old backup from MCC Cloud (a service I paid for as a "lifetime" ENT user), only to get a useless canned response that doesn't address my problem. Ticket[#98426] -It is a very simple request! How long must I wait for such a simple fix?!
Scam. Lifetime membership not lifetime. Bad customer service also. Edit: did not do your best it took forever and the bugs still arent fixed! Yeah thanks for a refund on my second lifetime membership payment, so kind even though I'm still in my first life!
5 months ago I purchased the Enterprise edition (lifetime license) of MCC PILOTLOG. The software and associated app stopped working. I opened a support ticket. The company will not support MCC PILOTLOG any longer, even though my purchase was so recent. The company wants me to pay for 3 years of their new subscription service and use their new program CREWLOUNGE PILOTLOG. The company has no intention of satisfying its customers. These people are scammers. Don't get ripped off like I did.
Yeah..... Update the OS to Catalina (64 bits) , and you'll be forced to pay AGAIN for the product you've purchased before. Fantastic.... Buy the lifetime subscription for the Crew lounge, and in a few years they will charge you for the Crew Lounge 2.0, claiming that is a different app...
All good except endorssement SaCaa has a different way of endorsing .it would be nice to have the endorsement either as per Sacaa, if selected or at least customizable
If you had negative stars I would definitely give them -5 stars for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. After several emails about devices not syncing I've still haven't heard anything from them and it's been weeks.
just stated using the enterprise edition since a week now and totally worth it. still getting the hang of it.
No longer updated! they swap with new one... developed with same base: CrewLounge. But new one is still on development with some bugs...and MCC Logbook lifetime customers complaints. Several levels from basic to enterprise +...new name "Lounge" with different fees according your class. Basically new App is nomore a Logbook for pilots but a newco expanding their business to all aeronautical world.... cabin crew...managers...online shop...good luck!

I have bought the enterprising licence but i cannot sync my flights without my laptop is there any way to use this app without a laptop ?

Stay away from this company. Had a problem to connect to my airline web portal. They informed me that they will not be giving support and to instead buy their Pilot log. I bought it and it is such a pièce of Cr***. Do not buy anything from this company. They will make you buy another app after 1 year when you have bought a lifetime subcription...
Excellent interphase effective and precise.
Works as it supposed to only if you could remove that red upgrade to crewlounge aero
I use it still as my back up, great app works,so it's awesome.

10 emails and a thousand personal letters from your CEO won't change the fact that you pulled a fast one on us, your loyal customers who paid for a lifetime subscription, and are now forced to pay for a second lifetime. Vote with your feet and your wallet, people.

Flat out avoid this app, their new one and the developer in general. As a long-term lifetime license holder your nonexistent tech support for what should be an absolutely basic issue - which is now pushing into months rather than weeks of ignored messages, emails and social media correspondence - is pretty disheartening. Apparently only interested in pushing everyone to pay more money for an entirely platform, sticking two fingers up to everyone else.
