Login doesn't work. The all worked great for about 2 months, then randomly the login never works. It says my username or password is incorrect, yet I've never changed it and the same username and password work fine on the browser. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still does not work. Very inconvenient because now I can't use the app and can only use the browser to check my accounts.
Clunky, unintuitive, doesn't work. There's no PIN to access quickly on mobile, you have to log in just the same as online. Hard to navigate. No option to view checks or immediately view check status. Check deposit doesnt work -period, so if you're not close to a building, you're just screwed. They can afford to build brand new buildings, but not to make a useable app. Disgusting. Save space on your phone and just do your banking on the webpage. Or find a better credit union.
Lately I cannot get in through the app. It either spins forever or it says I'm entering the wrong log in and password combo then locks me out. I use my finger print to get in so that doesn't make sense. I can get in just fine through the internet using my log in and password. It's just not convenient. When you call and inquire, they don't know what the issue is and they say it may be because I'm using a newer Samsung! What?! Makes no sense. Update and improve your app. That's the problem!
Super slow app login in takes like 5 min. Depositing a check can be next to impossible. Always says it doesn't accept the picture. Or they send it back and have re mobile deposit it about 4 times. Switching from account to account lags. But it's not all bad the quick balance works nice. And what you would expect as bear minimum needs are able to be accomplished through this app.
Always trouble lately getting into app. Just spins. Also, in pay bills when we make a payment, anyway we can deduct from account prematurely to show balance for us forgetful people. I will go into app forgetting if I made a payment or not and would see account total not really knowing how much is in there with possible bill pays going through. Does this make sense? I do enjoy using your app, because it seems to be faster than writing a check.
I have been able to deposit checks without any problems which makes it very convenient. The app opens just fine for me and able to navigate pretty well through it. I mostly use it for deposits and to check balance. Best invention ever!!
Terrible app. This app has crashed multiple times. Today I've had to restart my phone 3 times just to get into my account. Also, every time I log in it deletes part of my username and I have to start all over (according to the reviews, many people have this problem). I'm not sure why this doesn't get fixed.
App is extremely glitchy and slow. Frequently denies access for incorrect password despite entering the correct password. If it doesnt do that, it just sits there perpetually loading. Id say 1 out of 10 attempts to go to check my account info is successful. Dont waste your tine with it, just call the annoying robot.
Pain to use, it used to be able to auto save my password and now it will not give me the option which I understand they dont want people on my phome to get into my account but at the same time its my account and my phone... I needed to deposit a mobile check and it took me 3 tries to get the first one to go (all info was entered correct and pictures were clear) and for second check it would not focus correctly. In my experience this bank and now this app is nothing but one pain after another.
Very grateful to MCCU for communicating so well in email and Facebook during and before the online banking update. It's a big transition for any corporation, and I'm glad they listened to us wanting an upgrade. (The fingerprint login is fantastic- finally!) I was excited to see the login bugs worked out so quickly. I'm told the remaining bugs (check images, etc) will be resolved in short order. Makes sense to me to fix the most important things first.
Update: 04/09/21 Came back to Members after a brief hiatus. The newest app isn't the greatest. At some points it's almost unusable. When you try to sign in it will delete what you're typing, and sometimes it won't even let you into the app, it just keeps loading. The app itself can be cumbersome to use depending on if anything wants to load or not. Please get a new developer, this thing needs a major overhaul!
The new update is very inconvenient! The older version showed the account amount after monies were taken out/pending. This aspect saved me time from having to balance my checkbook outside the app/physically versus on the app/electronically. It's also much slower.
Some handy functions, but constantly wrong about my account information. IE: not being up to date on my balance, having multiples of the same charge listed, or having inaccurate charges listed. *Edit* Dropped down to 1* because the issues are still there after 3 months.
This app is GARBAGE. I've been using it for mobile deposit for at least 3 years and NEVER had problems with mobile deposit. The last update ruined this app completely. Even after I write that my checks are for MCCU deposit only, they STILL reject and give ZERO explanation as to why it rejected. I work during bank hours and the few chances I've gotten to go in, there's nothing wrong with the check and it deposits with zero complications. FIX THIS.
I like most of this app. One glitch is with my android phone if i try to deposit a check, i cannot add a decimal point. As a work around i have to use my wifes apple phone. That solves that problem but the fonts are so tiny it is hard to navigate. There are some great features. It just needs some work.
The app is great once you get into it. Everytime I type my password to get in it deletes the first 3 letters and I have to retype it. Also it takes forever to load and I often have to close the app and restart the login at least twice.
Super easy for basic transfers and balance inquiries. Couldn't get the check deposit to work but I havent tried it since the last overhaul. Good for how I use it.
Continuously declares I've entered an incorrect Username and/or Password; neither of these are true. Please go back to before the restructuring ruined a perfectly fine app, and the fire all your programmers which made the new one. Just want easy access to my own money again. (Also: If zero stars were an option: I'd opt.)
This app is nothing but Garbage. I have tried several times to login and see what my account balance is, just for it to either be a forever loading screen, or for it to say that there's an error every time I attempt to log in. Don't even bother with the app, just call the damn bank, it's less of a headache
Do not like the new app. It is more cumbersome than previous to transfer money between accounts or make payments to our home equity loan. Even have trouble submitting this review I shouldn'thave to hunt for "submit". Also, too many steps to actually log off and get out of app; should be one clear step to log off AND get out of app.
The new update isn't good. Freezes at login, doesn't show after balance on transactions, slow loading and response times, card secure doesn't load or work. I'm prompted for a security code almost EVERY TIME I login. Pretty unhappy with it.
Works good for me. I like the new layout that makes it easier to navigate each transaction based on the day rather then the previous app. If you want to know the new balance after each transaction just click it and it will show the new balance.
This app needs some serious work. When it actually works it's perfectly fine, but I can only get it to function 1/3 of the time. I don't even get past the login screen because it just sits there and buffers for eternity. The website does this on my computer as well, so I end up going long stretches not being able to check my bank account balance. Giving two stars because when it actually works its fine to use.
