MCCU Mobile Banking

App crashes constantly. Log In fails regularly. Have to constantly reset password in order to quickly troubleshoot log in issues. Fingerprint authentication regularly fails, then deletes login autofill. Not good when youve cycled through 100s of passwords do to app failure and now you have to reset again because you don't have room in your head for all the random passwords youve created. But 60% of the time it works every time do I'll give 2 stars I guess

Love the app. I can manage my accounts easily anywhere in the country. I moved states and no longer have to find a coop CU to handle deposits. 3.16.22 edit Just bought a 2022 phone- the app wasn't compatible anymore. Reached out to MCCU- John responded on a Sunday night letting me know the developers are working to address this and made sure I knew what my alternative options were until an update could be released. Since the update its back to working great 👍

MCCU mobile app is very slow, it doesn't seem to have as many advanced features that other local banks/credit unions have for example: showing what your ACH transactions are coming in and going out of the account.

This app is garbage.. Constantly getting error messages. Can sometimes get in to check balances.. Then beyond that it locks up my phone with an error occured pleae call for assistance. Very frustrating! Been like this for the 2-3 years we have had this app.

This app is constantly malfunctioning! Especially after they have an update...why should the user experience issues (previous login info not recognized, can't open my account transactions...) just because they updated the app????? Not cool. I need to know what's happening with my money!!!!!!!! Js....

The app is great during the day. But after hours especially at night, you can not check your bank accounts. This is unfortunate cause I like to check before I go to bed. Every other bank app had never had this problem.

Love the credit union, but the app is horrible. It always has errors. Can't see my account info certain times of day. Currently haven't been able to log in for 2 hours.

other than the times when I try to log in and the app is on service or is been updated so I can't spend my money or see how much I have, it's a very good app, ok so now that i have had it for a while it annoys me that sometimes it freezes and dont let me type my password to log in, i havd to uninstall and then reinstall it

This app is what is keeping me from using this credit union more often. My other credit union is located an hour and a half away, but I can do all my banking through that app. If MCCU would finally get a decent app, I would switch more money to them. I'd rather have it local.

Good for checking accounts quickly, paying bills, or transferring money. It can be difficult to log in occasionally, but that seems to be the only issue, not a huge problem.

Error messages all the time. Can't access during night time hours. Recently stopped working, screen turns black and so shuts back off.... not sure why

I enjoy being able to view my accounts and transfer funds easily at any time with this app. Very convenient.

Three stars for this app. I think the mobile app and online Banking site need more upgrades. A 5 star ranking would be banking service that allows clients 24/7 access to their accounts and funds. Without DAILY maintenance downtimes. Some clients have late schedules like 11pm thru 7am and require access after normal banking hours. Daily maintenance updates with restrictions is unacceptable.

Works great. Only annoyance is I use biometrics to log in, and sometimes you're forced to re enter password, and we then you gotta go down that rabbit hole.

Rarely lets me actually log in. When I click on the app the login page will come up but I can't tap on or type anything to be able to log in most of the time.

I love this app. My only suggested improvement would be to have the available balance in bold rather than the current balance before pending transactions.

System is becoming more difficult to access. Seems to be down for repair than other similar apps.

I love MCCU, we've been members for decades. Their mobile app is user friendly, I can acquire my account balances, transfer funds between my accounts. If I need to speak with someone at MCCU, I can call from the app if needed.

Easy to use and very convenient for when you are in a hurry and are unable to make it into one of their branches would give it extra Stars if I could thanks for creating this app

Worst app for a banking business. Like it's 2021 cmon why do you want us to feel like we are in 80's? I have other bank mobile apps and they are far more advanced with better and niche features.

Every time im expecting money i can never get in my app to check and see if it will be in there and you can never call to fix it bc there to lazy to have call open for services 24/7 definitly thinking of switching banks

The app is great! It would be nice to see the transactions on any MCCU credit cards though.

When it works it's a unfancy bank app. Recently is struggles to even load. Overall bottom tier banking app.

this app is a horrible horrible way to check your account I've had countless issues with this app and its caused me to switch banks.

Really enjoy the app i feel like my account is secure and its quick and easy to use.

They keep making changes that improve the app each time im impressed as is my daughter her credit union does not offer the same experiance,she is jealous
