It takes a lot of time to load. I was earlier using the west and south app, now that I've shifted I installed the north and east app. Every new page takes so long to load, it tests my patience. I dint order anything because the app wasn't user-friendly. Bad experience.

This app is never updated properly, it takes alot of time and is very slow. Also on app items are sold out whereas when we call outlet directly they show it available. Also there os option of cod only it should have option of online payment.

Absolutely worst experience with the application. It shows order canceled without stating any reason. I had to call two times to know why my order got canceled. They first tell me that you'll get your order in 30 mins and then they cancel it and don't even care to notify you at all. Worse, you call them and they say that we are facing issues with the delivery for some xyz reason. So why wasn't I notified before? Why did you make me wait for 30 mins to tell me that my order got cancelled? Worse.

Such poor service and delivery. My order was delayed by 1.5 hrs. Theres no option for support in case any problem occurs. Perfect app if you wanna starve!!!!! This was such a disappointment to trust this app.

Do not order from this app tgey never serve what you order or they dont provide you with the changes you give them for example extra cheese there are 3 burger with extra cheese they charged but none of them had it and on top of it you cant raise a complaint against it.

The app looks good but does not even have the functionality of allowing one to view the menu after they have registered. That's kind of odd.

Worst app. Will allow you to pay and once payment is received, your order is at discretion of the serving restaurant. They can accept or cancel. But you being customer would not get that choice as there is noway you can cancel order from your side and will have to wait for restaurant's mercy to either have your ordered food or your money back.

Doesn't work properly. Every time, I tend to open cart, gives me a error message, failure to communicate with server (-900). Every time I am losing one macaloo tiki burger. Please fix the error

The app is useless tried ordering but whenever I added something to my cart it shows error and the when I try to open my cart it shows error how am I supposed to order if I cannot open my cart ? Really disappointed... I was excited that Mc delivery is back.

App very slow, used to work great for me, now on checkout i get server unreachable everytime. McDelivery orders via calls are discontinued, and there are no options to customize burgers on website or zomato/swiggy. Please add options to customize burgers like removing lettuce or onion on website or 3rd party delivery apps if you are not working on fixing this app.

Very poor app .when i placed order then place of order automatically went to far away from place of delivery .then order was cancelled by McDonald saying distance is too much. My payment is also not refunded upto now very poor service even app of burger King is far better than this

If possible, I would've given this app zero stars. We tried from various devices but did not recieve an OTP in any device. Wasn't able to start the app this way. This is so disappointing

Very Horrible app, my money got deducted and i didn't even receive my order, order number:3140006-28/11/2020-4138, no customer care to solve the issue, don't waste your money for nothing on this app. Never buying anything from mcdelivery ever again.

There could be multiple improvements like allowing changing of address or contacting some sort of support staff in case of post order difficulties, but this app can get the job done if everything is done right. Delivery is very quick in Delhi NCR.

WORST APP ON PLAYSTORE . Wanted to give ratings in negative but can't . McDelivery is the worst delivery experience anyone can ever get. I ordered some food from this app, got a confirmation of the order and after 1.5 hours my nearest McDonald's called me that they received the order now.

Horrible app...does not work... Just keeps saying that cannot deliver to this address no matter what address I put in.... What is the point of making an app if it is non functional

Very bad app I cannot even register my account when I fill all the entries it gives a 4 digit security password which I fills but it send me a new password. It only wants to take your information .
