For a franchise this big, you would expect a half-decent functional delivery app.. I can't even place a single order with all the crashes and error. The menu/UI is super clunky too. They kept spending money on adverts/promotions but won't bother to update n maintain their app... What a joke.

Can't register, no activation email in sight. Can't customize order, even other food delivery apps allow customer to customize their order to the very basic requirements. Here my tips, your promos aren't going to create new users unless your user experience is justified.

Can't reset my password, the link sent to my email can't used. If I click it, it's just launched the app home page and nothing to change my password. After a while the app crashed!! So frustrating!!!

Obviously no-one is updating or checking the status of this App. Login details don't work, resetting the password is useless, and the email system doesn't work.

cannot login, after activation always show "username atau password salah", i have tried 3 times to register and same result. Try to reset the password, but always redirected to app without further step. What kind of joke.

Can't log in. It repeatly saying that my email and password is incorrect. I tried to "Forget Password also" not working aswell.

The app states that my Order is DELIVERED when the driver hasn't even left the restaurants. There is no way to check the delivery position of the order. This problem has been going on for A LONG TIME.

Cant Register. It said that the email address was invalid. How can it be? I used to mail that i owned for years and there's no problem to regist on any web or app. Fix this!

Try to register but no email received, try to login always said invalid. Try to forgot password, back to previous screen. I event can't get any help through the phone 14045, since it closed after I choose complain in the phone call.

Very bad application, poor, can't enter the password, written at least 8 characters, but fact still doesn't work, poor application

inputted the correct password but kept getting invalid password. choose forgot password but the link didn't redirect to password change page. instead i got redirected to front page of the app

This app used to be good. But after the latest update, it went downhill. I even couldn't pass the delivery address screen! The app asked for an update on my address, but the option didn't work at all. So yeah, I'm going to uninstall this for awhile (at least until they fix this issues)

Cant make order now, so i have to wait an hour just for make an order. And app interface was so confusing.

Log in FAILED. Why not just make simple log in by using SMS OTP to phones number????? Contohlah aplikasi pizza hut, sangat user friendly utk loggin

Really bad apps. It's like college student project, or perhaps college student can create better apps than this. After struggling to create an account, change my address, and click here and there, and FINALLY I can't order from apps. Nice.

Had a terrible experience first time using it yesterday, it says my order was unsuccessful yet when I checked my account the money was already paid. So I have to confirm with the 14045, that took about 45 mins to respond, in which they said that my order was successful, and I just have to wait and the customer service himself acknowledged that the app was a trouble. So, an app that was supposedly make things easier turns out very-very useless. Seriously this App need a serious upgrade

I often use many fastfood brands apps for delivery and this apps is the worst. I kept getting bad experiences while using. App Keep crashing, keep having payment failure callback although it's COMPLETELY successful.. You guys add it with screenshot restriction due to copyright which is not UI friendly and not helpful at all for us to report if there's problem on our orders. Recently I got notification box that says my app is outdated while I already UPDATE my app to the most recent version..

This app used to be very good, but now I keep getting "Network Error" message, saying it cannot connect to the network and asked me to call 14045 to place an order. What is the point of this app, then? Very disappointed. Will uninstall for a while until they've fixed the bug.

The app definitely needs to be fixed. The app reported a failure in payment, but I received an email of a successful transaction from McD. This happenned not only once, but several times. I also often faced difficulties in login into the app.

I can't save a new address. Edited: Now I can, the step is kinda weird. You need to put the red dot on map first then click OK button. Then you put all the address information. After that, somehow the save address is active. My suggestion from mobile apps developer. You need to differenciate, The save address button and please do some "rejection alert" like "Please assign the address from map". Rather than, keeping the "save address" as same as there is no error.

Nothing works !! From setting password at registration to filling out delivery address. No one will use it to replace Call Center if that is the quality of the app. Calling call center is now much harder than before. Reducing manpower cost is fine provided the user interface is nice and the app functions. In this case it simply fails!!

This provides good functionality in Menu Selection, easy to operate, and UX design. However, this app was poorly programmed due long loading screen to load assets as ( menu data, faq, account, etc ). Also, please be consider to use efficient yet responsive UX for this.

Can't register, can't verify email, can't do guess order. I'm so sorry but this app is useless

I think the app has a bug because the "save address" button can not show up. The app always ask to input your address but I can't even save my address to make order. Please fix this soon.
