The apps use Kanji in menu pictures. So, when I use English, it doesn't translate at all. 🤣 After I order, I can't check the total cost I have to pay. Kinda force me to practice remembering numbers. 🤣 It only shows the order number, arrival time, and order status. I clicked everything, but it doesn't show the cost. How can I prepare the money for cash on delivery? 🤣

This app is by far one of the worst ones I've downloaded. Doesn't let you do much as every time you try to register or check the menu all you get is a "failed to communicate with server". Does the dev even check or run tests on the app before releasing it? Pretty disappointing.

Terrible! During payment, all you see is the loading screen that never seems to end. Ran out of patience and ended up not buying!

Get my order wrong more often than not. ALWAYS forgetting items. There is no service on the app to contact about these issues either.

Too bad I cannot give it less stars, well it's called fast food for a reason... Why do I have to wait 3hours everysingle time to get the food... it's not that the restaurant gets the order, the app never sends the order until who knows when and then finally they prepare the order... it's a bad joke

Took my order and waited over an hour to process. Why does it need to wait an hour? What's it doing? There no option to cancel too. There's really no point using this over other delivery apps.

I could not register my address in this app. It's just collect my email, and sent junk mail. Thank you for giving me a chance to leave this burger for good.

I don't want to see your delivery guy. Please stop forcing to me to meet people at my door. It's weird and why I choose uber eats a lot of the time. Unless there is a menu difference.

I don't know why when my first time registration and can make a delivery.. but for the next order and until now when I order it's always cancel my order . I don't know why???

Too bad there is no option for my address and they cant deliver it even it is close to Kuragano Takasaki. What a waste of time

was trying to register but theres no 弥富市佐古木. so i cant complete the registration. its a no for me. will install again if fixed.

Don't understand why I need a separate app for delivery from the other McDs app. Kind of pointless.

I don't get why this app exists and isn't just integrated into the main McD app.

The English option doesn't translate anything on the app.

Food took forever. Been waiting for 1.5hrs already as i write this review. Still not here. Will it ever arrive? They were quick to charge my debit card though.

please update the address section for 東京都、 府中市. put 是政5丁目 on selection list. you only have 是政4丁目.
