McDelivery Lebanon
This app is published by McDonald’s Delivery service for customers in Lebanon to place orders via Android devices (application is not supported by blackberry and windows system). Customers are required to register with email and password before placing an order. The same login credentials can be used for the app and web (https://www.mcdelivery.mcdonalds.com.lb) ordering. Now you can conveniently place your order on the go and track it from the restaurant to your doorstep. Please make sure to select your location before you place your order.

The UI is terrible, the use of labels instead of text input hints is very confusing. Some fields render as drop-down but are in fact just normal text input fields. The activation code was so slow to reach my mail, that I eventually went to McDonald's myself, and only received the email 30 minutes after returning home. The sloppiness of the app is a fine example as to why non-native apps are bad. Hire a proper Android developer! Try pausing and resuming the app after getting an error dialog.
1- it doesn't load in landscape mode on Android phones or tables. 2- when I open McDelivery Lebanon Androids App on tablet all I see is the Apps Background's image and no Login Page. I have an Android table, Operating system Android 8 Oreo.
It's been over 25 minutes & I haven't gotten my confirmation code via sms or email. In all cases the app is very slow and if I could rate it with no stars I would. I ordered through the call center and placed my complaint, the operator was very pleasant and informed her management and their reply was: "the app works" Dear Mc Delivery, I would like to inform you that your customer service should extend to your customers ordering online as well! My experience was unacceptable in this day and age!
The interface is not friendly at all. U cant see the menu without address and to enter new address take a lot time. Calling is much better
After filling up everything about me and about my order, it finished with "failed to communicate with the server -801".. I waste my time, and become more hungry, and simply I'll try ordering from another restaurant .. the worst app ever.
Can't register, no matter what email is placed, Gmail, Hotmail, others. The app gives that it can't communicate with the email server. Please fix!!!
Cant register new user, cant pay on delivery (only online), bugs a lot. Way easier to call and order, which makes the app pointless
I can't make a register whatever the email I use. I deleted the apps many time and reinstall it again but same error appears ( error 404 can't connect to server )
When registering, i receive text informing me that "the email can not communicate with the server". Therefore, creating an account for delivery purposes on this app simply does not work...
i dont why they are not allowing me to use the app they keep on sending cannot register to this network try calling your number it was working pretty well then suddenly it crashed can you fix this?
A monkey with a typewriter can do better than this slow unresponsive stupid worthless app. I not only hate the app but the restaurant! 30 minutes to register and everytyime i grt an even stupider msg. Don't
Worst appever. Been trying to register for 1 week, no matter what email I put, it will give me an error that will prevent me from registering.
The application doesn't work properly. It takes forever to place an order. Besides it keeps asking to log in as if I am accessing my bank account.
Useless app whenever I try to register I receive error in the email address I have tried my Google account, Yahoo and Yandex I always receive 404 unable to communicate with server.
The app is not working properly you can't go to menu screen and everywhere you click it will bring you the delivery adress
App has no benefits over just using their website from mobile browser. Additionally it is unable to detect phone number from the phone and you must type it by hand.
When I click proceed they tell tell me failed to communicate with the server

the activation code isn't being sent. It's been like that for over 20 mins now and I've tried 2 different emails

I don't like this app i can't add my proper address it's irritate me it show their address only so i can choose that address only I'm going to uninstall it

Tried 100 emails , we keep getting ( error 404 cannot connect to server ) , i even created one new email , and it didnt even work
I updated the app to the latest version, but it keeps asking to update when I open it! Please fix.
The app and user experience is fine but could be better. The main issue for me is with online payment. Everytime I need to pay online, I need to delete the card from before, make sure I save it again, the insert credentials twice. It's pretty inconvenient. If I dont do this everytime I order it shows an error message or that my order has already been submitted when it hasn't. Please fix.
