Worst app ever!! I had to reset my password everytime I wanna login to this app, seems like your password has become invalid after a few weeks of not using the app. Forget Password button didn't send me any emails and now I can't totally login. The map feature is useless, I had to search my address through the map and not by putting in my address.

I usually don't review but I'll make an exception to how bad the user experience is with this app. Borderline unusable. OTP never works, it crashes more than my nana, and it will sometimes inexpicably softblock your account for no good reason! Horrible app. You should fire the devs making this because they clearly don't give a damn. Even fresh grads in software can make a better and stable app than whatever this abomination is.

Newest updates cant log in and didn't receive email for reset password... Very bad update. always show delivered way before order arrive. could potentially cause lost order. please fix this issue.

After updates, can't log in even though i entered the correct email and password. Changed password two times but still can't login with the account I've used before. Fix this.

Please fix the bug. I'm forced logout from app,then I'm trying to login.and it's say wrong password, then I'm trying many time to reset password but I don't get any email reset lol

I can't sign in the apps even my email & password I was correct. I also can't change my password and not received email you said you sent it. Something wrong with this apps!!!! FIX IT

How to change to the correct address? The app keep asking for the No., Level and Block, but my address not using this format. How to select address based on the Google map? I can't make order because of this 😞

Cannot login on the latest version. Not able to reset the password too as no email received to reset the password. Therefore I purchase other fastfood instead.

Can't login my account & i can't change my password either. I already asked to change my mcd account password via email & the email doesn't appear in my email. I don't what is going on. Maybe i'll try to give 0.1 star if this doesn't fix.

Wth can't even register. Improve! Or just make a guest order. Why need to register so annoying. 2 minutes register? More like 2 minute to annoy your customers

I no longer able to order. Don't know why, each time adding item to cart, it say "fail to communicate with server..."

I used this app before it was ok...but then i update it now i can't log in into my mcd account. My email and password all correct....help please.

Only nasi lemak sold at Crazy hour and all other burgers are unavailable. But if you click the super value meal, they are available. If McD wants to promote Crazy Hour deals, better make it a full package not just Nasi Lemak.

The app is just horrendous because you can't even recover your account as it is unable to find your email

Very difficult to use .. I already have a McDelivery acc but your latest update makes me unable to log in .. Forgot password method doesn't help

email or gmail messages are so² late sent by mcd or non at all aside from order details and confirmations. Like resetting a password.

Best app ever... fast delivery compare to other food app..

At the first times of my usage (which is about a year ago), the experience was impressive. Fast delivery, easy to use app. But since last month, the app has become totally useless, I can't login even though I entered the correct password, and when I opt for the guest order there was problem with the OTP pin as no pin was sent to my mobile number! After about an hour I finally decided to try the website order and lo and behold, it was fine. But the app is s***. Really. Fix it McDonald's.

This app UI is the worst. everything is cut off and the scroll down function does not work properly. First I can't get to log in because the UI doesnt show the Log in button. Then I can't save address after the submit address button not shown. I know its at the bottom of the address form but the app doesnt allow me to scroll all the way down. So wth, I can't even order. Tried multiple times.
