Absolutely does not work at all. Worst delivery app I've ever used. To complete any process at all, they tell you to write the code they sent, but they never actually send it. Tried completing online payment process two times through two different cards, but upon entering all the details, it says the payment was not successful. Don't waste your time with this.

Application full of bugs. EXTREMELY Slow application. Takes a huge time in processing the order. Then after 30 good minutes, when you add all the items in the cart, doesn't accept the payment. I tried placing an order worth 8000PKR but seems like im taki g my order elsewhere since McDonalds doesnt care Update: App stopped working on Android and iOS. What a pathetic service

The app says it is outdated and brings me back to playstore where there is no updated version available for download. The process keeps repeating and does not lead me even to the login screen.

The stupidest experience ever. Couldn't find my place because it wanted me to pick from a list and the list is sooooo messy. Please go make the deal with foodpanda again for a seemless experience. Reinstalled after a while. Still pathetic. Says outdated app. How can i give it negative 5 stars. Update: Still stupid after a few years

Extremely irritating and unfriendly. When I order cash on delivery, it is instantly accepted and placed. But, whenever I want to use credit cards, it keeps declining for no reason. Tried 3 different cards and 100% correct inputs because I'm used to making online transactions frequently but this idiotic app keeps declining cards. If Mcdonald don't want to take payments on credit cards on delivery app, simply remove the option. Why waste peoples time? Very bad experience. Might not go to Mcdonald

Selected an item. Had to a sign up, email confirmation, adding addresses. After all this, finally when to checking out it, it said item temporary unavailable. Checked the menu again whole lot of items in McCafe were now showing as unavailable. If they are unavailable why don't let the customer know before the whole sign up hassle.

Poor password recovery service & no acceptance of debit/credit card number!!! Recently, I bought a new phone & had to log in again to place an order. I forgot my password & the app told me that an email, for resetting the password, had been sent to me. I tried finding that email but could not find it. The email was never sent, I think. On trying again, the app keeps saying that an email has been sent but I never found it. Expected more from you, McDonalds 😬😬

Terrible app! It used to work well a year back, but every time I re install it just disappoints me. Sometimes it won't take payment form my card, sometimes it won't open the menu, sometimes it won't even load the app. Uninstalled it the 5 times

Took a well over 10 minutes to register my account only to find out that they don't deliver to my address. However, McDonald's is just 4kms away from my home and they deliver via Foodpanda and over a phone call. What a waste of time installing this app!

This app fails to confirm login email and the email never arrives… everytime you go in the app it takes you to that page and the sprial turns for hours and hours.… Its probably defective and needs attention. If you cant register and confirm the email you can't place an order.

Never ever received a activation email, also check junk folder. Tried with two other email addresses and still the same problem. I thought I can now easily order from home, but what a time waste is this app.

I am trying to open this app in my mobile phone but it's not opening and showing me that this app is outdated go to app store.. I tried 3 times reinstall this app but se message it's showing its out it.. I don't know how to use it. Using mobile phone Nokia 6.1 plus Android 10.

Extremely pathetic app ... At first I tried to make a guest order but it wouldn't let me by saying that I'm inserting an invalid card number and then it wouldn't even let me make an account to register in it . And if you're making an app , make it like KFC's app . It's so fast and accurate , even allows cash on delivery. McDonald's app is the total opposite . Extremely disappointed.

I don't know what your app developers doing...but one thing i am sure off that your technical team is useless and incompetent of handling such huge application....just like others i am having a same message that your application is outdated and when i came to play store there is no updated version available...what should i do now? Delete it or wait for the updated version!

The app constantly tells you that the application is outdated. Ive even uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh copy and it still has the same error. Unusable

The app isn't opening. It shows there is an update pending but the app is up to date. The update is compulsory and doesn't let you proceed into the app.

Not good application and worst part is trying to input my address. It doesn't even give you an option for your area and you can't input without selecting from the options. Really wanted to order but can't like this.

Bugged. It's was my fourth attempt to order breakfast through app with debit card payment. The deal includes coffee and the app changes it to orange juice and there is no way to change it back. It also says the payment fails while I use the same card for all other transactions.

Just tapped on the app icon and msg appeared "your app is outdated, plz proceed to app store", when I did so no update available on the store. So going to un install the app (Scrap)

The app doesn't login and always brings back to playstore saying it's outdated. It was working fine a few months back but not anymore.

It almost one month app is not working, it's show msg that app is out of date, update the app, whn u open play store it's says it up to date, I reinstall the app but the problem is still same.

No Feedback / Contact Us option. Cannot review order or report. 1 hr 45 mins later my order is still in transit. Helpline is on hold. And the rider's phone is turned off. :/ Worst experience. Local vendors do better...

Cant use credit cards. Slow, and does not load proper menu items. Now its saying the app needs update, where there are no updates on play store. Wake up guys, u running a store or riding a donkey?

I cant login as the forgot password option does not work properly. It does send you email with link to reset, but when you do it, it simply says server does not recognize your request.

Very good app. Working perfectly. But there is a flaw in the menu. MiniMcroyale is a beef sandwich, wrongly placed in the chicken category. Developers must solve this issue. Till then 4 stars.

Extremely poor app. UI/UX is really bad, forms are very difficult to complete keyboard overlaps every form. Unable to open app after any updates!
