This app is published by McDonald’s Delivery service for customers in Qatar to place orders via the Android. Customers are required to register with email and password before placing an order. The same login credentials can be used for the app and web (www.mcdelivery.qa) ordering. Now you can conveniently place your order on the go and track it from the restaurant to your doorstep. Please make sure to select your location before you place your order.

Bad experience ever, not working at all. You can't go ahead from address page. Coz it's not showing street number or name. You can't add it by clicking many many times. Just time waste, pls don't install it.
It's a good idea... however they launched the app before it's ready. You can't really input you address accurately. They need to update the map they are using.
Very Bad. I have spend so much time to make this thing work but I never recieve any confirmation emails. I even tried using multiple Gmail accounts. I don't even find my address, so I'll have to register with the nearest area possible which is accessible in the site. Overall I would say it's better to take away your food from the nearest restaurant or just give up. If possible I would not even give it one star.
Horrendously buggy, deletes my order constantly if I add more than one item, and forces me to change my address every other order. I wish it was as good, simple, and optimized as the Jordanian version.
Many bugs in the app., information that you entered will disappear, and street numbers drop down menu doesn't include all streets! Although there is more than 8 McDonalds outlets in 5 KM radiance from my residence, I cant register my address cause my street number is not included! My only option to order online is through Talabat!
The most annoying time waster food app! It NEVER go through with the saving of the delivery address even if you try to spend your whole day or even other days trying to order!
The most screwed up app ever..horrible service it showed delivery in 45mins..it was passed the delivery time n it showed delivered even though I did not receive it..call customer care once said he will leach on few mins.called again 35mins later again I got same update..Horrible experience..will never use this ever
Quite possibly the most poorly coded app I've ever used. Couldn't even get past adding my address without it falling over several times. Immediately uninstalled
If you want 2 burgers, order for 3 because there will be one less obviously. Delivery boy will never pock up your call. No customer care number available. I finally managed to reach someone and the person said the store manager will call back without even asking the order number or any other details. True magicians.
Really bad !!! The app is doing ok but the staff are the problem, 2 days in a row they send me the wrong order and when i call to complain they say sorry sir it won't happen again.
Can't even add my address, options are disabled. total waste if time and unworthy to try it. Please remove this app or uninstall it
Pathetic and unreliable service ... Faking information on app which says my ordered is delivered and o am waiting since 50minutes for my order. The delivery guy is not responding, neither there is customer support or complaint forum. I tried calling their main number and the telecaller was also not helpful. First and last order bye mcdonald
unable to register my address. the drop down list doesn't work after choosing your city. so disappointed!
Address form is as pathetic as it gets. u cant write anything. u have to select from top down menu which u don't know anything about.
The order details in the recent orders page is broken and just crashes the app, please fix it.
Not accepting my registration. Every time I put my email it gives me error message say ( failed to communicate with server 404) !
Worst app. They are actually not interested to pass on the promotion benefits to customers. Just fooling the customers.

Order is wrong, no one to contact, called the call center and they submitted a complaint and no idea when they will get back !
Your address options are not ok. Too much bugs. Or maybe its not updated.

When i try to sign in saying " you are nit retested in the system" but when i click on forgot password i am receiving an email. What ever i do I can't login
Can't add or edit addresses, choices in addresses page are non-responsive.
It's a waste of time to use this app. I think your system is corrupted. Everytime I input my address it goes back to the main page asking for my username ans password. Not only that, It also has a limited delivering area, can't you at least have that? It doesn't allow you to input your own but only the ones that they have in the system. It seems it also not updated.
