Very frustrating using this Mcdelivery Apps. It will clear off everything in the cart if you take longer time to complete. There is no feedback on orders received. I had 2 occasions of missing items in my orders and there is no way I can get a refund. Mcdonalds, you can do better than this right? What a total disappointment.

The app most of the time doesnt allow me to place an order saying it is unable to accept my order. This message appears almost every time i use the app even before the order page. On a rare chance i do get to select the items on order page, that message again appears during checkout.

Really stupid apps, go through the hassle of ordering and ended up with error msg. Sign up and couldn't log in the next time ordering. Try to feedback but so many unnecessary inputs e.g, phone model, android or ios, apps version. A failed apps done by failures....

Gives refunds to cancelled orders 3 months after you cancelled it. Orders are consistently wrong and almost always missing some items, which then forces you to call in to rectify it. But the rectification of the order takes HOURS after you call in, even if the initial order was as low as 30 min. Horribly imprecise app. Just order from the site itself.

App is decently designed and definitely faster than using the website to place an order. Biggest problem I faced is after going through the whole process of selecting my desired order, at the pont of payment, it almost always comes out with an error. In the end, I simply returned to the website to place all my orders. And that goes without a hitch.

Ordered using the app and paid with grabpay. Authentication process successful but when redirecting back to mcd app it crashed and called the support team, was told order unsuccessful and refund will be processed within 10-14 days. Stupid useless app and system. Lousy tech support team who only knows how to say sorry instead of rectifying the issue

This app sends notifications by the dozens. I do not mind getting notifications, but when I am getting the exact same notification 10 times after having already dismissed it, it becomes a hassle. It only stops when you have viewed the notification in the app, which is annoying.

I changed my phone and now i can no longer login thanks to a poorly designed login screen. Login button is cut off with a huge chunk of wasted space up top. What's the point of an app that can't even be used? Massively disappointing

Due to my address, I am not allowed to placed an order recently. Not sure as to why exactly. A few macdonalds nearby but still I am not able to order. When I changed my address, only then the menu will appear if not it will prompt me that I am not allowed to order and sorry for the incinvenience caused! Other food apps, that I am using seems to be ok. Not user friendly. Whtas the used of being a member and frequently receiving updates and emails with all the promotions yet still unable to order!

The worst experience ever. Ordered food over the app which would have costed $10 if ordered at mcdonald, ended up paying $18.90 with I believe some preferential rate on the app and delivery. The app was showing up the food was delivered where no one send it after much follow up the food arrived after 1 and half hour. Very disspointed with the service

Terrible. Ordered as a guest and they didn't even ask me to fill in a name while ordering. Later on when I signed up for an account, it doesn't even connect my guest order to that account. It is a horrible user experience.

Not so user friendly UI, especially with the special requests tab. There is a time limit into placing a order which can be difficult for family ordering, frustrating. + High delivery costs

Horrible experience. Autenticated my DBS token twice for payment.. still no order number given. App keeps showing you empty order history. Called the restaurant and was told my order has not been recorded. So whats the point of even using the app though. Interface is decent though.

Unable to even register an account. When sending verification code, i was told that my password doesn't follow the rules, yet I'm unable to return to change and I had to re-enter all my particulars to register again. And I did follow the password rules.

Unable to input address. "Please input postal code" message even after it is provided. Interface seems incompatible with my mobile. Spent 10mims alone trying to resolve the address issue. Overall very bad experience. Deleted shortly after downloading.

Pathetic app. Happy Meal toys amhave better quality control compared to this app. Unituitive and sluggish UI. Nested Back buttons are confusing and shopping cart doesn't save the order. Searching order screen is lazy and hapless. Deals either vent be redeemed online for McDelivery, or too hard to claim.

too many bugs and glitches. kept on redirecting the screen to my last delivery confirmation whenever i press on anything on the main menu. tried re-installing,no changes.
