Terrible app.i can't even see the menu because your app is obsessed with my address. I can't do anything with the App because all it wants is an address. When I eventually do give it,it says doesn't deliver and then I still can't use the app.

This app was working one moment and the next, it just didn't anymore. The first version was good enough, as soon as I updated this app, it just didn't work anymore. Tried reloading it a few times, but lost patience with it after weeks of trying.

The app has got technical issues. It will tell you that the it is extremely busy try again later. Or it will tell you communication to sever failed. This all started after the recent/last update. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still no change.

The delivery usually takes 60-90 minutes. Sometimes 2 hours.. No joke. This happens everytime and sometimes they even mess up your order, on top of being very late. And even when you have to contact them to inform them of their late delivery. You will find difficulty in finding the contact us number. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I'd give it 0 if I could. There's never a store avaliable! And the app is far from intuitive and user friendly. Very poor effort here. This is why I never choose a McDonald's meal for delivery despite their cheaper food.

All in all the app is amazing and works great. It is very convenient. There is a massive problem in terms of change when you pay with cash. Every single time I pay with cash they dont have change. I recently added to the order notes that the driver must remember change but he didn't even read the order notes. Pls pls pls fix

Who the hell developed this app? Every time I try to order something, it gives me one of 2 errors. Either they're unable to take orders or the restaurant is too busy. Great, then after 2 hours of waiting when I try and check-out, it tells me that I must accept T&C's that aren't anywhere to be found on this app. You lost a customer McDonalds. I'd rather order a pizza from now on.

TOTALLY USELESS!!! Been trying to register for weeks. After registration, they promised to send an activation code to my email. It's been 2weeks and i still haven't received it. When ordering as a guest, there's no next button at the bottom so you're stuck on the address page and can only go back.

In over a year, I keep getting the same issue. The mcdonalds closest to me is unable to perform the delivery. Unable to change it without moving. So never able to use any of the specials or online only deals. Useless for me hence the one star rating. Should it change I'll update

Works just fine but there's always complications. Either the driver is rude or late or both, not being able to order because too many people are on the app and the app just lags,and also the food always being cold or spilt.

Waste of time. Horrid horrid horrid. Would give it 0 stars if i could. Takes ridiculously long to load then just disconnects from server. Took me nearly an hour just to put stuff in cart and wasnt even able to place my order in the end. Had to find something to throw just to get rid of my frustration. Fix your app.

I used to use this app ages ago and it worked perfectly, but now it just seems to buggy. I entered my address 3 times and then afterwards it kicks me back to the main menu where I have to start the process all over. Clearly the app is not being maintained at all.

Worked fine before the update. Now it's complete trash. It doesn't allow you to load into the app. When you finally load in. Theres continuous errors up until confirming your order. And that doesn't even work properly

Horrible app. Nothing is working. Don't get any verification emails or SMS's and the app just state that it can't send the verification code when you retry. Can't reset password and overall UX not user friendly at all.

This is an absolutely useless app,i have been trying for 2 days now to order online and i can't manage. If i try to create an account, i dont receive activation codes via email or sms. And if i try to order as a guest, i get stuck on the payment options page! What is the point of having this app available to customers if you cant even use it properly?!

This has got to be the worst damn app I've ever used 🙄 Not only does it constantly tell me that I've entered a incorrect password or username There's always some kind of connection error What the actual f***? I have data and my network is perfect so whats the f***ing error? Fix the damn app or just get rid of it once

Says they deliver to my area but it's always the store is busy with maintenance or we are currently not delivering. Tried this during the day, same over and over again. Rather use ubereats or Mr. Delivery. Really doubt it's even the app, just their lazy employees who doesn't wanna take orders. And yes. I've tried this in peak and non peak time.

Absolutely horrid. I cant access as it says the customer traffic is of high volume??? For the past 3 days?? I've just managed to place an order but after trying for the past 2 hours to place it. Now I cant even get back into the app. I have no idea if the food is on it's way or not. C'mon guys, seriously. Have better customer service than this

Useless as the Confirmation email to register on the app didn't go through to my email account. You can't use the app without registering. I see this is the case with a lot of users. Hope it will be fixed soon

The app keeps saying that the "assigned store can't take my order" - it's frustrating. I actually stopped eating McDonald's because of this - because I can't order. It's disappointing. Very disappointing. Even more disappointing is the fact that this is a recurring problem and the creators doesn't seem to sort it out because all the reviews are the same. Do something man!

I can't get into the app to order. If I try to login it gives an error. If I try to order as a guest, after entering the address there is no button to continue. It's unbelievable how a company this large can have such a poor development team.

App is not user-friendly and definitely not compatible with Samsung galaxy s10 interface. Rather call or drive as this is horrible. Im stuck at providing my adress... there is no proceed/ save button. I will be deleting the app.

Lol, this is the poorest service I've seen so far! Like debonairs bad! No customer support! So you can't phone them to check up on your order for example = why it's almost two hours late, en then trying to cancel the order, and then the they show up after 2/30hrs expecting you to pay! Send him away since domino's managed to deliver within 20min! Sure its not a mcdonald's problem! Just the people they choose to employ there.

Very, very, VERY slow. I don't know whether if it's because the orders take so long to be processed or if the drivers have been equipped with proper navigational systems. Please fix this.

Wish I could give zero stars. Has not worked once in the months that I have had this app. The store is never able to receive my order and can't change to a different store. Absolutely useless app that I have now uninstalled. No one should download!!!!!

This app always tells me that theres a high volume of traffic then therefore I cant order; even when I try to order online then it reads that my email is the incorrect format. Not only that but in the app after I had ordered a meal and cancelled it, about 4 hours later they come and tell me that my order has arrived AFTER I had cancelled it twice 4 hours prior the delivery.😤 Im so aggravated especially because they didn't care about what I told them about the order being canceled. PLEASE FIX

I registered, and requested for the activation code to be sent to my cell phone. This didn't happen, I have tried resending but nothing is coming through and won't complete registration. I then ordered as guest, everything went fine until the transaction had gone through. A confirmation of my order was supposed to be sent to my email and I have yet to receive the email or the food. Contacted support, have to wait for a refund if that ever happens. So disappointed
