Terrible App. Cannot pick the address easily, takes ages. Cannot register, tried over 10 times and the email never gets to my inbox for me to verify the account. Some of the meals you order in person aren't on the menu. Please update your app otherwise get on Deliveroo or Talabat.

The app was great until earlier this year. For the past few months it's stopped working for Androids complete. 1 star because no efforts have been made to fix it for months - very strange lack of interest

One of the crapiest food delivery apps. Same as the service. Long clicks to add something to the cart, even longer to customize and if u do customize you again need to go 1 step back and not to forget to add that thing again to the cart. Why? The expected delivery time upfront shows 1 h when the outlet is just around the corner and this is supposed to be a fast food company. And they always do take a lot longer than the projected time. If they do not forget your order anyway, which they do.

For a big company, you can't even invest in a good online platform. I wanted to reset my password and I tried to request for it via website and app but I didn't get any email from you. This is a simple thing that even SMEs can do but wow McDo can't even get their automated emails working properly.

I can't log in as i can't reset my password. When i want to make new account i don't get email to confirm it. I tried to order as guest doesn't work as well. So we are not able to order from Mc donalds at all!!!!!! PS tried multiple times, different days and timing

Have not been able to register nor place an order since the past year from this app. Whats the point of coming up with offers if you cant use them. Such a waste of time. Terrible app.

Very strange that an organiztion like McDonald's have such a poor app. Bad user platform, so many bugs and constantly resetting part way through an order. In a competitive market you'd expect better

I am not receiving activation link in both email/sms and it's very frustrating. Installed/uninstalled multiple times to no avail.

The delivery doesn't reach my area, even though Hardee's covering the delivery, and they're four times the distance from my house, compared to the distance between you and my house.

Very hard to write an address. When you say edit, it means I can type, don't use map!!

I usually don't write reviews but felt the need to when I saw just how many ppl have posted bad complaints. I have been using this app for the last 2 years and many times on and off before that as well. Have absolutely 0 issues with the app or the delivery service. The order receipt is always exactly as I ordered it and never any mistakes. Please stop hating on the app as the service probably differs depending on the store you are connected to. I live in Al Nahda 1, Dubai and its top notch!

I've been using this app but now they've lots launched the McDonald's app white one, when you log in there it asks you for the mc delivery info again and now I'm locked out of both apps

Useless app. You cannot register, use guest account, store address or order. 1 star is too much for this app.

the application and service has gone extremely bad for mcdonalds. A normal meal order takes 2 hrs of delivery, while the restaurant is just a 15min walking distance. The best part is the customer service number never gets connected, it only goes up to the option of language selection and then automatically drops. You guys are losing the level of service. Too much over confidence on your product you guys have.

We ordered Share meal bundle through the application and we choose all mac chicken spicy but instead we received big mac and we wanted to complain but it was already closed... Next day when we raised our complain they rejected it... Very bad application and service

Horrible app and very poorly programmed. Its buttons don't align well with my Samsung Galaxy S20+ Phone and when I try to add my address to the address book, after finding it on the map, there is no way to confirm the selection or address so you can't proceed.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! Seriously, order from literally any other app. Using this app guarantees you will not receive your order (but they will say delivery is confirmed, which it's not) and there is basically no way to get any customer service (no one picks up the phone at the customer service center). Huge rip off that takes your money

Needs improvement. The app needs some improvement visually and need to have quick check out options. There's no option to add our own modification to the order except through predetermined options.

Absolutely useless. Now they use talabat and orders are marked as delivered at least 25 minutes before they are actually delivered. I suspect its marked delivered when the delivery guy picks it up, as with other talabat orders. Anyway, its always cold. Always bloody cold. I work 18 hour shifts and when i finish work the only delivery in dubai is usually macdonalds. The food always arrives cold and the customer service number only puts you through to a local store. Pointless. Don't bother. Starve

The app freezes constantly. It refuses to accept the card information. Navigation is not easy and needs work. Overall it needs to be a better app.

The worst app I have every tried to use..... you literally cannot even login.... there it no button to hit once you have entered your login details... EDIT: Finally after opening and closing the app 4 times there was a button to login...... but....... then try to add your addresss..... impossible!

I am a new customer trying to set the password, but I can't set. It always pops up saying you password doesn't comply with password restrictions rule. Why on earth this pops up again again? How to set the password for this app?

Horrible app and seriously flawed. Was this app developed by a child? How is it possible that a multibillion dollar corporation doesn't know how make an app??? Barely ever works on android or iphone, says internet is not connected when it clearly is, tried on mobile data and Wi-Fi but either way, doesn't seem to load or work properly at all which is just dissapointing. Please update and fix this lousy app. The developer needs to be replaced since he/she clearly doesn't know how to develop a working app...
