What a garbage app! I just signed up, then clicked the confirmation link received on my email account, and according to the app I've just been blocked! And of course I can't create any new account from that same email address. How useless my dear friends, get your food somewhere else cause McDonald's doesn't seem to do that anymore

It's not working at all, you can't even login, they ask to update but there is no update at all. you collect the cone codes , but you can't use them too. they say you can order from the app but it costs more than the meal itself Bad All i can do with it, is to identify inside the restaurant to collect points and then use them later 👎

Convenience zero. Privacy zero. Useless experience. It has failed three times in a row to add a credit card each time with a different error. And they need to collect all your private data, there is no option to pay at the store.

Whenever I restart my old phone the first thing I see before the main menu is the message "You have been blocked". Now I have a brand new phone. I get to use the app for a day. Next day I get the same message. It says I'm browsing much faster than a human which I doubt from a bot. "Something is preventing Javascript from working" on a brand new phone with nothing installed. And it doesn't matter if I'm connected to a 5G network or alone using my WiFi or VPN, on my phones or my PC, it's unusable.

Blocked for being considered a bot when I haven't opened the app for months, barely used it two or three times. I'm not gonna even try and get unblocked, because this is just ridiculous getting a block when you aren't even using the app as much.

No multi languages option. Also no option for British to collect points. It says geographicaly not possible. So I am unable to use it. Again after 2 years still unable to use the app. Not tourist friendly

For some reason I can't activate the points thing because it isn't sending the verification code to my numbe

I'm using an english phone in France. Can't access mcdonalds website, as it says it's not geographically possible. So I downloaded the app. Rubbish! Won't let me look on there either

update from my previous review where you were blocked for no reason( I wasn't the only one). 3*** because it's good app when it's working. But sometimes I have difficulty to sign in or acces to my advantages, points because of some bugs

For a few weeks now I keep trying to log in to the McDo+ Application only to receive a message saying I have been blocked because "something about the behaviour of the browser has caught the attention" of McDonalds. Impossible to use the App, always getting rejected.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR DATA TO MACDONALD'S WHICH IS NOW SPAMMING MY MAILBOX AND PHONE MESSAGES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible UX, impossible to get the alleged "gift" that was offered with the menu I took. I had to download a heavy app then give out all my info (personal data and everything, cheers!) to be unable at the end to take what I allegedly won. Complete scam. We're talking about a multinational that earns billions. Invest and get your app straight.

The app is unstable and closes all the time. Also the message to update the app is always on the screen even just after updating the app

Unable to register for the Monopoly game. Been trying for a week but do not recieve the sms code after putting in the mobile number. Also the app is only in French and has no English version

This app needs multilingual options, being a tourist country, i would expect to be able to order in a language i can understand, and also be able to use my international phone number to register.

The TOP app to loose customer loyalty. An incredible list of bugs and limitations. Not worth the memory it takes in my phone.

Not able to login (white page) since I updated the app. The old one / old version was working at.least. I'll update the score once it works again.

I downloaded app for ciné offer, there is no place to put in code. APP opens inbuilt browser and I have to sign in again. If I need to use browser then what is the point of app

Many people are getting blocked from accessing the app for no reason, supposedly for "being too fast", however this happened to me while the app wasn't even running.

Wasting time. Tried many times for click and collect still error on payments. (Tried also many cards)

I can't pay any order since last update. Only credit card. PayPal removed. Only use of the app : bar code but I use stocard for that.

Very bad server system. I was ordering food from outside of the store at 1 degree. When I was trying to login it says I am blocked due to some reasons like I am not human bla bla. App gui is very bad. You should fire your app developer.

"You have been blocked" can't use the app anymore. It works on the website
