What a waste of storage and time. McDelivery App is yet so far the worse I have ever tried. First, the sign up/log in takes forever. It has a lot of bugs and even trying their web version gives the same outcome. Putting the address will also take you forever as the button just keeps loading. At first I thought it was my connection but I realized it is not. It's the app itself. You need improvements on this. This should work well especially now that everything turned virtual.

The first time I used this app, the order took a while compared to other delivery app. Little did I know that my second transaction will be much worse. 1 hr already passed, but the status of our order was still on confirmed order. I tried to cancel it but it says that I can't cause the order is already being prepared. Worst is I don't know how to contact or who to contact to follow up our order.

Complete loss of functionality & logic The address locator does not work well, considering Google maps is wrong. When trying to order for later in the day, the app only shows breakfast. Really poor quality. Uninstalling Reinstalled as they said it was improved. One question: How long can you be without medium,large or buff fries? This has been going on for quite some time and you cannot order bundles. Is kind of laughable..... Keep up the delusion of adequacy.

Poor, poor service! 1. App accepts order that are not available in the store 2. Due to unavailability (1), they will ask you to change your order but if you choose item with lower cost, they will not return the excess 3. Very long time waiting. No exageration, more than an hour!

It's so tasking to input the senior citizen info every time I order because it doesn't get saved in the app pernanently even after tapping the saving button. Also, can you put a "Message Merchant" so that if I need to make specific instructions on how to prepare my food, I can do so.

I already had this app before but it's inconsistent unlike other delivery apps so I had to uninstall it. Now, I redownloaded it because of the Ebi Burger promo, tried to update my address as it asks me to, but could not get through in successfully doing it. Clicking the "Update Address" button does not seem to do anything and i'm only stuck at the 'Edit Address' page. Sorry, but I'm gonna have to uninstall it again!

First, problem with changing the address. Now I just cancelled my debit card payment to order more and it went straight to validating the order with PayMaya as payment option (which i didnt choose). Maybe a glitch, but there's alot so it ang hassle gamitin ng app.

DO NOT pay using GCash, or other online wallets. App will deduct from your card or wallet but will say Order Payment Failed. This has happened to me several times already. Customer service is very poor. Agent has been ignoring my messages even though I can clearly see a READ notification. Live chat auto closes if no message within 3 minutes, so you're forced to continue chatting even when no agent is replying.

It's frustrating because I've been trying to order but everything that I order is unavailable. I tried the pepper steak rice bowl w extra sauce..unavailble. Then I ordered fillet ala king w extra sauce...still unavailable. I even tried ordering at diff time of the day(night, lunch and morning) still no luck. I understand that these are cheap orders but you shouldnt force your customers to order much more expensive food on the menu by making the others "unavailable". WONT RECOMMEND THIS APP/SITE

I just downloade the app and it's not working. I was trying to create an account, but it was taking so long to be created. I even tried to just order as a guest because there was an option like that, but it's not working as well. Rather than being convenient, it was exactly the opposite. We cannot order via landline phone because the service was, apparently, not available for our area. So, we have no choice but to download the app. However, it's not even working properly.

Used to be a great app back in 2019. Unfortunately after updating the app, it is the worse app! It wouldn't allow me to input my home address to start with the app! What's the point of updating if it will be an inconvenient for us customers? Bring back the old version of your app and I will give you a better survey.

The update made the app unusable. I can't change the store & delivery address. The default address/store is not mine but of the last delivery I made for a relative. Also, it is soooo slow. I love McDo but this app now is useless for me. I had no problem with the prev version.

I like the new design, but I still wish if it could bring back the ala carte category because it can get confusing. From how it is now, it feels like the map and delivery accuracy improved there's less crashes and lag now.

Poor customer service. Tried to talk to live agent to request for refund due to failed order. I was on queue #97. When it was my turn, the agent didn't reply at all. I kept sending messages for about 30 mins until it just disconnected. Super dissapointing. I used a coupon on my order. Even if the order failed, the coupon wasnt given back.

Most of the time the app runs slow. Regardless, I still order thru the app or the website bec. it's more convenient compared going to the store. I only encountered an issue once but was resolved immediately by their customer service.

UI is okay but this is by far the most FAULTY and UNRESPONSIVE APP I've ever installed. I'm so done with this app and its bugs, really 😅 looks like the developers focused on the UI and not with the actual use of the app. I can't even input my address details 🤣🤣🤣

1 star is good enough if I could rate this to 0 I would do that. The app itself is good but the thing is everytime I order something it doesn't direct me to the menu or through the food I need to order. My internet is fine but the app itself is so slow and I can't order because hoe slow the app is. It would be nice to fix that one

It really slow and it keeps on saying the coupon apply and the senior discount but when you are at the checkout page it keeps on loading and no details.... The apps still super slow it takes forever

I am uninatalling this horrible app. Wasted too much of my time. Too many bugs, and when I finish choosing what to eat, I can't place an order, like I said, too many bugs. Baaaad! Fix it!

I placed an order around 11pm. It's already 1:35am and there's still no word about my food. There's no option for cancelations or refunds.. Tried the chat support but it was non-responsive. Terrible app. You're better off ordering from Grab.

Fix the application please you prompted that my address needs to be updated and I can't get past the section after putting the right address and I keep clicking the save address button, nothing happens at all! It is annoying me.

Stores are not checking the orders regularly. After ordering for more than an hour, I had to call the store to find out that the order was just verified because I called. I had to pick up the food and still charged for the delivery fee.
