So many ups and downs with this app. Some days it works well, other days terrible. Lately I get the message that the app isn't responding and asks if I'd like to submit feedback. When I check the feedback option, the screen goes black for about 10 seconds then crashes completely. Sooo many times I pull up the window to pick up my food, and the cashier says I'm only half checked out (??) and says I haven't paid when I already have since my card is linked. Sometimes it says I'm not there yet too!

Recently had to install app to a new phone. The app had worked decently, most of the time, on previous phones. Now, it won't allow me to sign in. For a while it said I was trying to access an app that was in development and didn't have permission to access. Now it simply won't sign me in, keeps kicking me back to the sign in page. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times as well as rebooting my phone several times. I'd give up entirely on the app if not for earned points I'd hate to lose.

This app does not work. It just goes back and forth between log in and an email I need to click to verify. Over and over again. I can't do anything on this app. This app. worked for a while. Switched phones and now the app is useless. If I uninstall it everytime I want to use it, and re install, it will work once. Otherwise I just get the frozen big M. Ridiculous! I have a Samsung Galaxy A12.

I recently broke my phone. When trying to get back into this app, I have no option to change the password. I'm locked out and I have several thousand reward points. If McDonald's can't get this figured out, I will use another fast food company. Very poor customer service. I've also contacted the company twice for this issue. First they said the app doesn't work correctly on a tablet only on a phone. Same issue on my phone.

This app was working great until it decided to give an error when trying to order anything. I first cleared cache and then data. It then wouldn't allow me to sign in. I had to uninstall and reinstall it and now it won't let me sign in at all still. I thought maybe it was just an issue they had yesterday but it's still not working. Cannot access my deals and rewards.

Constant issues with this app. Now the latest is after replacing my phone, I can't log in through facebook. Have tried reinstalling several times. App also wont let me sign in with my email, instead it's trying to force me to sign in through facebook, which won't pull up. It just flashes when you try. So that's all of my points and gift cards....gone. There's constantly issues with this app, and this particular one has been going on for weeks now.

App has greatly improved over last 2 yrs. Deals are awesome, the points add up quickly too. Sometimes it does freeze but usually after restart it's fine. Update - has been freezing and gets stic more often. Frustrating when I'm at the restaurant and it's not working Update 2 - for the last 3 days, app has not loaded/stuck on loading screen. Restarted app, phone, no new updates. Not sure what's going on... obviously have internet to write this review...

The app is garbage. We started ordering before leaving the driveway. Everything is so slow and non-intuitive that it took the whole 15 min drive to get a simple order to go through, then when we parked it took forever to get the payment to go through. It would have been faster to just wait in the drive through line. I can only assume McDonald's pays the developers next to nothing, that's all the app is worth. Nothing more frustrating than a good idea implemented poorly.

Past orders remain in the bag and after they were fulfilled which forces you to have to remove the items manually in order to place a new order. Trying to select curbside pickup option never works. This was supposed to be a skip the line by ordering ahead option, but that option is neutralized when it just times out repeatedly. Deals are great but fighting the app to get them makes it a very poor experience.

After this last update I am unable to open app for ordering. It takes me to a page where I have 3 choices to login to acct. Google Facebook or email acct. I choose the last and my "journey to hell" started. 1. I put in my email address 2. I open the email and click Login 3. Another page opens with "jump back" There is NOTHING to click on . I've been doing this ALL frigging day just a continuous loop. I'm tempted to Uninstall app and download it, but I have alot of reward points

App is constantly crashing. Sometimes it takes longer to get the app loaded with my order reference to provide at drive through than just ordering regularly. Previous orders stick around in the cart. Deals get used, app crashes, cart disappears, then the deal can't be used anymore. It takes longer to submit feedback about an order through the app than using the receipt, there's essentially no integration to complain about an order. It will let you order things the restaurant can't make.

When this app is functioning, which truthfully is the majority of the time, it is great. But there are more than few times the open will not launch. This wouldn't be the biggest issue, if you didn't need to open it while in the drive thru or in line, because the app code expires about 20 seconds after opening it. Very frustrating when you need to wait for the app to load for reason.

Decent when your app decides to work properly. I got a new phone, went to log in to my account. The app won't let me. Says my email is connected to Facebook. So I try to follow the steps to log back in and nothing happens. Sometimes I put things in my order and see them but they disappear and when I go to pick my order up, I'm confused why it's not all there.

This makes it much easier to place my order because I make it complicated (more veg, less dairy). I often have technical issues where my previous order is still in cart, and sometimes it shows items as not available so I am not able to place my order. The store is usually able to solve the issue, but I prefer the app for additional points because I use them to buy happy meals for my kids. I'd really love to see more vegetarian/vegan options on the menu that aren't a salad. A faux-chicken patty?

Very glitchy. There has been multiple times that I'd go to pick up an order, and when selecting a pick up option, specifically curb side pick up, it would get stuck on the number slot/ finish and pay screen. Very frustrating honestly. I would also select drive through and the screen would bump me back to the "Already here" screen. Honestly, what's the use of having these options? Might as well just go through the drive through and order.

This is honestly one of the worst ordering apps. Your orders don't clear from the previous time, can't use points on more than one item per order, what you can actually use points on is limited. Why do I have to pay for a drink when I redeem points for a happy meal, it comes with a drink!!! If you don't want to give a drink with the rewards allow the option for no drink. Customizations shouldn't be deleted if I want a large meal versus a medium meal, this the whole point of favorites.

this app is a nightmare. slow and unresponsive. brings you back to the home page every single time you leave the app, even if it's only been one second. won't let you order breakfast items if it's past breakfast time but also won't let you see the regular menu so you can select the correct items >1hr after breakfast ends. autofill is intentionally disabled so you have to manually enter all of your information. gonna make me use dialup next?

This app has improved a lot over time. Now it's one of the better apps out there for ordering food. I still have the problem where I usually have to clear the cart of the previous orders items myself before starting a new order Probably the most frustrating thing is the lack of customization choices when you want to add ingredients. Not sure what the logic is behind limiting what choics are available to someone on the app. I'm talking about something simple like mayo on a Quarter Pounder....

I got the app for the "deals". But I never get the deals! I'll select the deal, and it says, "are you sure?" when I confirm, it says "the store you selected doesn't participate!" Bait and switch! Sometimes the app is buggy. I just uninstalled it. Update: I reinstalled the updated app, tried again. FAIL. Successfully used it once. Second time, After i order, i get the message: "Something went wrong. Try again." I will. Somewhere else.

The app works pretty good except for one thing that need improvement. When a user goes to select a reward to spend their points on they should be able too see all the choices on your menu, regardless if they have enough points or not. The reason I say this is because, today I wanted to spend my points on a sausage biscuit instead of having to buy it. Well I couldn't find it anywhere in the rewards area even though I have 30,000 points. Which I could understand if it was an expensive item. It not

I really like this app, but it has its issues-- you are limited to Mac sauce on only your big Mac, and you can't get it as a side, also the happy meal hamburger meal doesn't allow you to customize and add cheese, these are customizations you could easily do in the store/drive thru, yet aren't available on the app... Also you can't customize the baked items to be warmed, as you would in stores/drive thru.. also the $1,$2,$3 menu is missing several items, many menu items fall into this category.

I have been using this app for over two years, and have had some issues now and then where it didn't work so great, but most of the time I managed to get my order. Sometimes it even worked right from the start, like it should. Suddenly I tried to open the app and it sent me to sign up again. Then when I tried to sign in the app won't accept my email address. I tried to email the "contact us" link but can't get it. Email address required to send to the link & app won't accept it
