Love the game Ravenhearst series. They have an entertainment factor as well the searches; which are challenging but not stupid-they don't hide all but a corner of the object liKe some other games. I love the mini-games, also a challenge to figure out. So I am not a Mensa I do have some intelligence. This series is entertaining and challenging. Slightly gruesome side for the weak stomach. The first Ravenhearst is not available for my Samsung tablet. Don't try on a cell phone. Way too tiny.
It's so apparent how much work and thought went into this. The game is just filled with little graphic details and storyline touches that are so clever. I totally dig almost the entire Ravenhearst series.
Like others I'm now stuck at the cable car! Using hints tells me to go to cable car when there the hint tells me to go back to cave! Big fish need to fix this as I like others PAID money for this!
I've loved it BUT I was going through my apps permissions, and this app had access to my phone, contacts, allowed to modify system settings, and more! Why on earth does it need access to those???
Tried playing this on my fire 10 and Galaxy 10. Both times after going to the mansion on the trolley it won't work anymore. Won't let me take the trolley again. Needs to be fixed or stop offering this game.
Unfortunately would not load properly. Its an expensive game if you get half way through and then can't complete. The first game that I have had this problem with and will be complaining to google play.

There is one place where the game glitches and gets stuck, trying to go back to the shipwreck from the cable car.
every time i open this game i get ads! even though i paid for full a year ago. also many games i paid for are no longer aviable! i will not ever be a returning custermer!
I have an Android Tab A and it kept freezing at one point over and over. I'd like a refund for both downloads or fix the damn game or both!
Don't waste your money,game freezes half way through and won't open.Shame on big fish for ripping people off.I used to love big fish games now it seems most of their games have glitches.I won't be playing anymore of their games.
Play this game at least once a year. Like visiting old friends. Also this bonus chapter is hands down the best one of them all.

This game ups the wow factor of HOG in general, and MCF specifically. If you've enjoyed these types of games before you will love this one. If you've never played one then this is a fantastic one to start with. I gave it a 4 only because there are 3 specific puzzles that offer zero clues for how to solve. They involve placing images in a special order. You basically just move things around in a random order until something clicks. Lots of great extras for a 2nd playthrough.
I became stuck between the cable car and the next room and pressed hint but all that did was put an arrow to the next room and and an arrow to the cable car and back again, leaving me nowhere to go. I found out looking at the strategy guide, that I'd failed to pick up an item in a scene no longer accessible in the game. I've had to create a new profile and start all over again, and I'm still getting back to that stage of the game. So who knows, fingers crossed I guess. I'm pretty annoyed tbh.
